Great outreach and communication of owner! There was an awful odor from kitchen sink area. The internet connection was very poor so teenagers were not happy!

Thank you!

Cabin was fully stocked with everything needed for comfortable stay. Location was perfect to access the lake and surrounding towns. Great place to relax, read and work on art projects.

we couldn't adjust the temperature, even after calling the owner. we were barely warm we didn't know there would be no wood as the usual cabins I have rented had wood and this one didn't mention we needed to bring some. As the roads were very snowy, it was tough to go to a store, when we finally bought wood , it was too wet to burn...,finally on our last day we were very cozy. The cabin was clean and well equipped, nice location, the driveway was cleaned for us.
Quick response from owner , would recommend the place although if winter time, bring your own wood for the chimney.

Had a great stay! 10 minutes from Kings Beach, horseshoes pit next to house, 7 minutes from the golf course.

Another great stay in Incline with family this year at Miles place. Spacious clean chalet with plenty of space to entertain, relax, and soak up the mountain air while also being incredibly close to all the amazing beaches and trails in NE Tahoe. Thank you :)

The cabin was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures.
It was a perfect place for our family to stay and my kids enjoyed the games that were provided.
The one con is that there’s no AC. They have fans in every room and that helps. But we happened to be there during a heat wave. The kids were comfortable but my husband and I were pretty toasty up in the loft.

Great location in a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to so much. Easy and quick communication with owner. Super clean! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Lovely deck to relax on in nature. Beautiful windows in living room. I would highly recommend this place! We had a great weekend with friends staying here.

This house was a wonderful, convenient location. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. The host was a great communicator and even provided us tips on their favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Our family spent a week at this conveniently located property in Incline Village near the ski resorts we most enjoy. The host provided all the necessities to meet our needs and made this one of our most enjoyable spring break vacations!

Our family does an annual snow trip to Tahoe on Presidents Day weekend. This year our usual cabin was booked so we landed here. This home is comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen, and is adjacent to an open space perfect for sledding and building a snowman. It is just a few minutes drive to North Star for skiing too! You will want to remember to bring your own firewood, as that is not provided here. We also loved the large dinning table perfect for family meals and strategic board games. Our family had a blast!

The property was great for my family. My young daughters got to experience the snow. The house everything that was needed for a great time. Also a great location with a park nearby and store/restaurants. Will definitely stay again next year.

This property was incredible! The host was so responsive and welcoming. The pictures and descriptions are spot on but this house even exceeded our expectations. We had such a great time. I brought my daughter who is 1.5 years old and there were so many sweet kid toys and books and dolls for her to play with. We could not be happier! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The property worked out fine for the family and the owners were very accommodating. The external decking could be in better shape for having toddlers there.

This cabin is pretty rustic but we loved it! The kitchen appliances are to die for…especially the double oven. I wish I had time to bake while we were up there for our daughter’s wedding. My husband said several times we need a TV this big. Plenty of room. I’d love to go back in the winter.

The Good: the neighborhood was quiet and pretty and within decent proximity to services in Incline Village. The host was responsive via email (though some of the issues he was contacted about were not addressed).
The Challenging: the biggest issues that we had with this house revolve around comfort and safety. This cabin is really beaten up. The kitchen floor literally has framing nails in it where the old wooden floor is trying buckle and break. Multiple family members stubbed their toes or scratched their feet on the kitchen floor. The deck railing felt so flimsy and ready to break that we all only gathered on one side of the deck. My kids are a bit older now, but 4 years ago this thing would have been such a safety nightmare that we probably would have left early in the trip. This cabin is not well-maintained and it feels very much like a ski/party cabin the is being left to slowing decay.
Bottom Line: Although I do feel that this property was somewhat accurately priced, it’s not fun to go on vacation and feel stressed about the general condition and safety of the place. We’ve stayed in 6-7 different properties around the lake and this one really stands out as a place that we would not return to.

We rented this property as a part of a larger group, we were in charge of preparing most meals for folks spread amongst three homes in the area. This kitchen is very well appointed and the house has everything you need. It is apparent Mike’s home is loved and cared for. I cannot recommend enough!

This is a beautiful home with huge windows that let the outside in. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Mike’s “cabin.” We came to Incline for nostalgic reasons (the closing of the Tahoe Biltmore where we got married years ago) and made new, fresh memories. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike’s house, and found it to be comfortable and welcoming. The location is convenient to Diamond Peak and other areas of interest in north Lake Tahoe. I also appreciated that Mike is very responsive to messages, and is a generous host.
Our only difficulty in the house was accessing the internet. Although there is WiFi, the connection was very spotty, sometimes being unavailable, sometimes very slow. Of course, we came to Tahoe to enjoy the outdoors, but it was a bit of an issue for two adults who were working remotely (and teenagers who wanted to use their devices at the end of the day).
However, internet issues notwithstanding, the home is spacious, airy, and comfortable, and we had a great stay.
Thank you!

Great stay, this home is very affordable for Incline Village and it's quiet which is so hard to find in Tahoe. Beautiful views thru the trees. Mike was a great host.

Fantastic stay. Cabin was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and our dogs. Kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to make meals. The beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. Love the big windows on the front of the house - I didn’t expect to be able to see the lake.
Being able to park in the garage was a huge bonus! We never had to walk out to a cold care. Washer and dryer worked great - it was so nice to have access to them.
The location was perfect - close to everything we needed. Loved walking the dogs around the neighborhood. Mike was great to deal with and quick to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend to is place.

My family and I had another wonderful vacation at Mike’s’ house, last year ski week being our first. The house is comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need, quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect for kids to play in the yard!
Close to restaurants,( MOFO’s pizza and pasta our favorite, get the meatballs), grocery store, gas, beaches, as well as Diamond Peak ski resort.
Thank you Mike and family for your lovely home in beautiful Incline, we will be back again
next winter.
All the best Sharon D.

We have always loved Incline Village and this was our first time staying at Mike’s house. There were 3 adults, one 12yr old and one dog in our group. The house was plenty large enough for our group and we could have handled an extra friend. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary. The dining room and living room is spacious and nice. The front windows are large and there is even a peek at the lake. We enjoyed coffee and morning music with nice views. The upstairs loft is the master bedroom and it has plenty of space for everything.
All in all, we were comfortable and happy with our experience. I would recommend this place as we plan to go back again ourselves.

My husband and I enjoyed our time with family at the cabin which was located in a beautiful neighborhood with a small view of the lake. The kitchen was a little small for 5 people to navigate but had all the amenities we could hope for so no overall complaints. Would definitely consider booking the cabin again in the future!

The property was perfect for my family and I, including our pet. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was appropriate for the size. The fire place was a huge bonus for our winter stay. We were fortunate the owner had snow shovels and a plowing service. Our stay was during the late December record breaking snow storm. We extended our stay due to road closures. We would stay again at this home.

We enjoyed our stay at this house which is situated at Incline Village sitting atop a Mountain. The house is well equipped. The loft bedroom is an open space and you can hear the sounds from the downstairs. The two bedrooms are on the first floor are nice as are the two bathrooms. The place came with access to Incline village beach area (with a pass that you pay back for any amount used.) I wouldn't go again in August due to smoke and heat. The host was very quick to reply and respond in detail to any questions.
