Cozy, well equipped, and comfortable. Great for a couple and older teen. Communication with Ann was great and the instructions for check in were excellent. Would stay there again (and have stayed there before).

While we did not spend a lot of time at the property, it was great to come back to a cozy place. The sofas were very comfortable and we found everything we needed. It would be great to come back in warmer weather to see the nearby lake. Also very affordable:)

Such a great location! Ann was easily reached for a question when we checked in. The property was exactly as expected and made for a perfect long ski weekend with our son. There was a big storm our second day there and the property management company had cleared the parking lot by 9:00am the next day. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

We loved staying at this home for Christmas. It is in a nice small neighborhood not far from the lake and easily had everything we needed in house for my family to enjoy a nice small-town getaway for the holidays away from our home in Los Angeles. It is close to small shops and restaurants and we are looking forward to coming back to enjoy summer on the lake. Ann was great in addressing our needs before and during our stay. Thanks for reading and take care!

Property was very clean and in a great location! Batteries in the tv remote were dead, so couldn’t change the channel, but we were mostly out and about anyway. The thermostat was turned all the way off when we arrived around 8pm instead of just being turned down low. Temperature outside was in the upper 30s, so the condo was extremely cold when we got there, but it warmed up fairly quickly and extra blankets were available. Would suggest just turning the thermostat down low instead of off, but we would stay here again.

Excellent Location. Easy entry to property. Very nice setting on hillside in the midst of pine trees above Lake Tahoe. Due to day trips we weren't in the property much but was nice to have a clean, comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place itself. Would definitely look into staying there again.

This property is clean and has everything you could need, except a washer/dryer but that is right nearby in the complex and easy to use. The bed was very comfortable which I really appreciate. Very good location for shopping and getting around. Enjoyed my stay very much.

This place was perfect for our 4-person ski trip to Northstar. The check-in & check-out processes were extremely convenient. I would love to book this place again for a trip to Lake Tahoe.

We stayed here for a few nights while skiing at Diamond Peak and really enjoyed the stay. The property is well maintained and in a great location for Diamond Peak. We would highly recommend to other skiers and families.

We stayed for 5 nights to ski in Diamond Peak. The place is well quipped, and quiet. The checkin instruction is very clear. The location is convenient. I like to come back next time again.

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s condo, the place was very clean and in a great neighborhood close to everything in incline village! More than anything, Ann and David were very flexible hosts allowing us early check-in and late checkout which was particularly helpful since we have young kids!
Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Thank you.

Nice location, could use air conditioning
Good location, clean but a little out dated and dark, lightening up on the paint color would help. I would recommend installing window air conditioning. The fans were loud and did not really cool the place down. I would not want to be upstairs in the loft without air.

Very happy with our stay. Went up for 3 night long weekend with my wife and two teens. Super close to where we wanted to be staying, clean and everything we used was in working order. The first night one of the neighbors was a bit noisy with music until 1am but it was just the one night. It was odd because we couldn't hear it outside, just through the wall. Not too big a deal. Internet was fast, cable worked (these are a big deal with my family at night). The downstairs bedroom bed was a pretty hard but the loft bed felt more to my taste. So there are options for everyone... Kitchen is small but we made breakfast there each morning and the coffee maker worked great! Would definitely book again! Thanks!

In the Heart of Incline Village - Condo
The Condo worked well for my family. There was quarter operated laundry where we were able to recharge our vacation clothing. We checked in at 4pm, but the cleaning crew showed up just after 4pm to clean from the previous guests. No big deal, the crew of four people cleaned up the condo in about 20 minutes. Sandy harbor was full each day early, but another 15 minute drive got us to zephyr cove which had a great beach for $12 parking fee.

The condo was just the right size for our family of 4. The place was cozy for the chilly winter. Beds were comfortable, the couches were updated and good, the kitchen was fully stocked. The down side of this place is it is not updated. The stove, counter top and cabinets are funky, but function fine. The kitchen is extremely small. The dining table was tiny but outdated, yet again, served our purposes. One thing that was cheesy is there is a plastic siding along all the corner walls for protection/damage, which is tacky. The stairs walking up to the front door and area are worn and just not very appealing. Also, the moment we walked into the condo it smelled like cigarette smoke and had a musty, stuffy smell. I had to open all possible windows to air it out. If the cleaning team would do that before or at least owners have property manager open it up before guests, it would be ok. The TV does not have any streaming possibilities so we couldn't watch our own movies or shows. We had to only watch what was on TV. Not a fan. One night we were going to bed close to 11pm and neighbors next to us started pumping music loudly. I had to get dressed and go outside to find out who it was and knock on their door to ask them to be quiet. Another night two women were talking loud right outside our window. There was a sign at the entrance to the condo saying the walls are thin so to be quiet walking up the stairs. I would hope that neighbors would be aware of this also. We really liked how central the location was and close to Diamond Peak and groceries. It was convenient to have a parking spot close by and the outdoor picnic tables would be nice in summer. We were able to take a brief drive down to the lake and watch the sunset, which was a highlight to our trip. I'd stay here again if they upgraded and painted to make the place feel lighter and more pleasant to be in. I give it 3 stars because it worked for us, but just wasn't all that nice.
