Enjoy the indoor gas fireplace and the outdoor fire pit overlooking the river. Enjoy a stroll on our miles of walking paths along the river and through the woods, bring your kayak for a paddle. This property is also pet-friendly, so you may bring your furry friends to join you in your fun on the farm. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and in Lookout Valley, you are a short drive away from Lookout Mountain attractions and the many attractions and restaurants offered in charming downtown Chattanooga.

House was perfect for our needs. I will point out 2 of the bedrooms are not connected to main house. This did affect us but it might if you are planning to put children in them. This may have been in the description and I missed it. Host was easily accessible and quick to respond. Our group of 12 had plenty of room.

We had a great stay at the Little River Guest House. Each bedroom had plenty of space and its own bathroom, which offered plenty of privacy. We had our dogs with us, and there was plenty of space to walk them outside. It was a close drive to the TN Aquarium and Incline Railroad. Although we only stayed a few days during a road trip, this would be a great location for a family reunion or friends trip.

This property worked for what we needed. I picked this property due to its location yet there was only one little spot for access to the river so no bank fishing was available. The house has so much potential but it is not maintained properly or cleaned regularly. There were a vast amount of spider webs, stains, trash left in bedrooms, etc. that took away from the experience. No functional furniture especially eating areas. Living room furniture was basic and not enough comfortable seating to accommodate the amount of people that can stay here. No mention of kayaks or canoes yet there was a trailer with kayaks on the property. There seems to be an issue with the power and power outages if you read reviews attached to this property, primarily the wedding venue. We had a power failure occur at the property while we were there for about four hours. Not having some sort of backup for at the least A/C or heat was aggravating. The windows do not have screens so that really wasn’t an option either. Just overall not please especially for the price.
