Just Chillin' Condo is a premium condo on the 16th floor with a fabulous view. Condo has been recently updated with lots of new furnishings, living room furniture, new sofa sleeper, area rugs, new bedding and a condo filled with lively oil paintings from the owner. The Condo Includes: -Spacious Living Room with new queen size sofa sleeper, new love seat, 58" Flat Screen TV. -Mirrors and wainscoting along the wall to enhance the beautiful view from the beach. -New Dining Room Furniture. -Master Bedroom- King Bed, Private Bathroom, a 35" Flat Screen TV, sliding doors going directly out onto the balcony. Sleep like a baby to the sounds of the Ocean. -2nd Bedroom features Twin Beds, Flat Screen TV and connects to a Full Bathroom. -Updated Kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of room for 6 people! FREE WI-FI Spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools. Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar! Tired after a long day on the beach? Grab a pizza or burger in the Market Cafe'. Relax in the hot tub while your kids are in the arcade. Arrival is a breeze. NO CHECK IN! Go right to the elevator and to your condo! Don't worry about losing a key. We have electronic locks with your very own code! Just walk in, throw on your bathing suit and head to the beautiful white sugar beach! The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near every restaurant imaginable. We are located directly across the street from the Big Kahuna's Water park. Minutes away from grocery stores, movie theater, Fishbowl Bowling alley and shopping. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is 7 miles east. Destin Commons outdoor shopping Mall is at the corner of Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe', Bass Pro Fishing Shop, Johnnie Rockets, a beautiful outdoor setting. Several fabulous golf courses in the area. Deep sea fishing is right up the street! NOTE: Not included in rates - taxes and cleaning. Due to Resort policy, we cannot rent to any guests under 25 years or under.

Beautiful property to relax and recharge! Accommodations were even better than the pictures, very comfortable bedding, well stocked kitchen and overall great views. Would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay at the Pelican! Weather cooperated for several days and the beach was lovely. Our condo was cozy with comfortable beds and ocean views from the balcony. The Tiki Bar, hot tubs, and cafe were all memorable and made the experience so special! Thank you

We loved our visit to Destin. This condo was beautiful, clean, and close to everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies needed to cook and eat onsite. The views from the balcony were awesome - we could see dolphins swimming around in the morning, the sunrise, and the breathtaking colors of the ocean. This property is close to everything you need - restaurants, groceries, ice cream, etc.
Kathy was a great host. We received everything we needed to know for a successful stay in advance. All her restaurant recommendations were spot on! We rented our beach set up for the week ahead of time (about a month in advance) and were seated in the front row the whole week. They had 3 rows of chairs going and plenty of room for personal set ups. The two main pools were very popular with our kids. It was a very family friendly environment. The beach was clean, the water was gorgeous, and the sand was incredibly soft. We can't wait to visit again!

We felt right at home during our family vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing ( I’m particular about my pillow). We loved Kathy’s art work around the house as well as around the resort!

Omgoodness, where do we begin! Kathy and the property were both amazing. Kathy is very responsive and just a doll! The property was beautiful and family friendly. We enjoyed watching the sun rise from the balcony drinking coffee. You can see an amazing sunswt from thw front door breezeway axross the harbor. And you can see the Harbor Fireworks perfectly from the front door as well.

I was impressed at how clean the unit was, and it had everything we needed. I've actually recommended the unit to a friend of mine in Colorado. I also appreciated the fact that the unit has been updated and the artwork was great! We will definitely be back!

This was our third visit to Destin as a family, and this condo has been our favorite by far. Very clean and well decorated, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for the five of us. Location couldn’t be any better. We walked to breakfast at the pancakery the first morning and made several trips to the beach with ease. We will be back!

We had the best time staying here for a girls beach weekend! The location and the properly amenities were great. You are just steps from the beach or multiple pools! The condo itself is in perfect condition and well furnished - we had everything we needed. The host was great with communication, very detailed and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!

It was absolutely GORGEOUS here! The view of the beach and ocean is incredible! Very very clean and close to a ton of family activities to do in the surrounding areas! Kathy was amazing with communication and her paintings throughout her family condo was beautiful very beach theme! Our family did not want to return home it was that satisfying! 10/10 hands down we will be definitely be returning !

We had a great stay with the exception of VERY loud construction everyday starting at 8am. The unit is nice and clean. Thankfully, I suspect the construction will be over in a few weeks and the owner gave us $75 for the inconvenience.
Also, the shower was perfect for my mom.

I would like to start out by stating the host, Kathy, provided the best service and experience we have ever had with any VRBO host. She went above and beyond to accommodate our experience. She was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations to help make our trip amazing! The condo was perfect! Kathy is an amazing artist and her art hung all over the condo and resort! Beds were comfortable. The resort itself had suitable amenities for our needs. There was a good security team, helping to keep the resort secure. The location is central to all things Destin. Overall, great experience! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican Beach Resort. Kathy’s condo is very upscale with amazing views! The property amenities are awesome, 3 heated pools, 2 spas, a workout room, tiki bar and an amazing cafe! Of course the Destin beach is gorgeous!

The condo we stayed had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was very clean and had everything you would have in your own home. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions.
Everything was within walking distance.

What a lovely place. Clean, updated, and well appointed. The art and decor is lovely! We actually felt like we were staying at as a guest in a friends home. Kathy was very accommodating. The location of the condo is excellent. We could see the beach as well as the great lights of Destin. While traffic if horrible in Destin during high tourist season, the location of the condo is so convenient you can walk to great spots. And of course the beach is just steps away. We loved our stay and will definitely pick this spot again!

Perfect Condo
My family and I came to Destin for a baseball tournament and stayed extra days for a much needed beach vacation. The condo itself was the perfect size for a family. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. I honestly think the condo was nicer than pictures show. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in. The complex itself was in a great location, close to several restaurants and stores. The pools were nice and clean, the elevators were quick, the cafe and tiki bar were also awesome. I have stayed in other condos that it is a nightmare being on a high floor but we honestly spent more time at the beach than usual because we could be on the sand in just a couple minutes. Kathy was great to work with and get to know. She is a sweet lady who will go out of her way to make your trip special!

Gorgeous views from the balcony and the condo itself is very clean and updated throughout. The owner was super easy to deal with and always organized regarding our upcoming stay and how to check in. I took my family of 5 and my mom on this trip. Would definitely stay here again.
