Communication, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, garage for beach equipment and not to mention the optional grocery service which was a huge help! I almost don't want to give this a good review because I always want my week to be available haha! This was our 2nd stay at Sheila's beautiful condo, and we're just as happy as the first stay and alteady booked for 2024.
First off, the condo was perfectly clean, we've stayed at multiple other condos and this has always been the cleanest.
The view is amazing from the master and living room!
The kitchen has all you need, my only suggestion would be a large griddle pan and some plastic cups for the younger ones, otherwise she's got it all, we love the sharp knife set!
Boardwalk is our favorite to stay at. Its more quiet on Thomas Dr and the tiki hut with food and drinks and live entertainment most nights, has this being our favorite! Thw walk from room to beach is ahort and perfect too!
All around this is the perfect condo, theres nothing more we could ask for!

Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely condo. The hosts, Sheila and Wallace, go above and beyond to make staying at their condo special. The kitchen has everything you need, the condo was clean, the appliances are great, and the beds slept wonderfully. We especially loved the beach chairs they provided for our use. Thank you! This has been the best condo we have ever stayed in! The condo is furnished beautifully, clean and best view of the ocean! The location makes exploring so easy. The amenities that come with the condo are TOP NOTCH; the garage was so helpful! They go above and beyond; absolutely amazing! The communication Sheila had with me was great Thank you!! We did not want to leave and cannot wait to return!

Condo was a great location close to restaurants and activities for the whole family. Sheila & Wallace were very hospitable and checking in through out the week to make sure we had everything we needed. A great experience from start to finish. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else after this. The gift left in the refrigerator was thoroughly enjoyed. Sheila stayed in contact through out the week to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The amenities in the garage was fantastic. Very welcoming host! Good clean condo! Had issue with microwave but host offered to bring a new one mid stay but we managed with stove top and oven. Things happen and it didn’t stop us for enjoying this very nice condo! Would recommend this one!

First, I cannot say enough about the communication we received from Sheila the owner, prior to our check in, during our short stay and after we checked out. All our questions were answered quickly and we were informed of all information needed before we arrived. Second, the condo...WOW, this place was amazing. The description on VRBO doesn't quite do it justice. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops, there is plenty of room for dining at the table and at the bar. Large living area that i must admit we didn't even use since we spent most of our time on the huge balcony enjoy the amazing views of the beach and the gulf. The bed in the master was was beyond comfortable. and was made that much better by the view through the floor to ceiling windows for us to enjoy. The ONLY drawback is that the sun comes up before 6 am in the summer and does make the room bright and difficult to sleep late. Master bath has a huge shower, big tub, double sink vanity and a large walk-in closet. I cannot recommend a condo more than this one. I wish we could have stayed our entire trip at this condo in PCB but had already had another condo in Destin booked. We have already reserved this unit for next July. Just book it!

Stayed at Boardwalk tons of times and this is definitely one of the best properties! Very clean, comfy beds, and the garage with beach supplies is awesome. Owner is very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Host in so many ways!
The property was amazing. The view was amazing. The staff was amazing. The guards were amazing. I have nothing negative to say. The hosts were 2nd to none. They checked in on us frequently to make sure our stay was accommodating. But most importantly, I lost my diamond somewhere in Panama City. I looked through the room several times, but mentioned it to Sheila just in case my eyes didn't see it. She let the cleaning crew know and within the hour, they had found it!! She shipped it back and all is great. I can't thank them enough for their attentiveness of all aspects of our trip!
