Situated in Seabrook Island, this attractive house for $473 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 933 Sealoft This lovely updated three bedroom/2 bath Sealoft Villa (new owners as of January 2022) is perfect for a vacation with your family and friends. Located on the 11th fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course and a blue lagoon, you will enjoy fantastic views year round. You can hear the ocean as you are just a short walk from Seabrook's lovely white sand beaches. Take a dip in the neighborhood pool, or ride your bikes to the Beach Club's oceanfront pools (both seasonal). This cottage has it all with recent updates (February 2022) of new bedding in all rooms, outdoor furniture, carpet in the bedrooms and loft, freshly painted interior and new stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove, fridge) to compliment the subtle coastal decor. 933 Sealoft is a lovely place to call home on one of the islands premier locations for both short and long term rentals. Head up the steps to one of the three decks - this one overlooking the lagoon and golf course. A table and 6 chairs offer the perfect place for enjoying coffee or cocktails. Upon entering, you will notice the hardwood floors, high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. A large HDTV over the freshly painted fireplace provides the focal point of the living room along with a wall of windows offering lovely views. Twin sofas encourage relaxation and conversation. The dining area has a table that seats 6-8 guests; open to the kitchen so it is easy for the Chef to stay involved in the happenings. The kitchen has been updated and has gleaming granite countertops, white cabinetry, and new appliances. It is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Washer/Dryer is centrally located in the hub of the house in the closet off of the kitchen. On the first floor, you will also find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with memory foam and Pottery Barn furnishings. There is a TV, double closets and sliding doors leading to a small deck with a table and chairs. The en suite bath has a shower and oversized granite vanity. The second bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk over it, plus a additional twin bed. White furnishings and deep ocean blues create a peaceful retreat. The adjoining hall bath has been updated with wainscot paneling, a granite topped vanity, tile flooring and a shower/tub. It is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and the hall. Stairs lead to the open loft that serves as the 3rd bedroom. With a queen bed, closet and beachy decor touches that add whimsy to this space. It has wainscoting, high ceilings, and sliding doors to the deck that has great views of the lagoon. Enjoy watching the wildlife in the sky, on the land, and in the water from this deck in the comfort of brand new furnishings. Take a swim in the neighborhood pool located just a few houses up the street or walk to the beach and ride the waves to the shore. Head to the Beach Club, dine at the Pelican's Nest or Island House, golf or play tennis with access from your Amenity Card, included in rent. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. If you would like to bring your four legged family member (dog only), additional fee to apply (up to 2 dogs allowed if under 25 lbs). This lovely cottage has it all - Great location, warm and comfortable decor, and all the amenities of Seabrook Island. Invite your family, golf buddies, and friends to share a holiday on Seabrook Island at 933 Sealoft. *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL (legally 2 bedroom + loft property). Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. SI Business License 2023-0818

The property could have been more well-stocked, even with things like soap and laundry detergent... the kitchen table was still a bit dirty.. there were quite a few spiders I had to kill upstairs on our first night. The beach is not really that walkable. Too many hoops and codes.. the Amenity card did not work to get us into two places. 2 teens were very bored. Too hoity toity. Probably will not be back.

Place was exactly as described! The views were absolutely gorgeous. Check in was as easy as could be!! Loved the easy access to the beach from this home. Just a short walk through the neighborhood got you to boardwalk 3a. One of our absolute favorite things about Seabrook is the privacy on the beach and this trip was no different. Our pup had a blast and the home was very dog friendly. We will be back!!

This property was great, just as advertised on VRBO. You can’t beat the views from the three different decks. The lagoon was my favorite, every day you’d see a variety of birds, turtles, deer, flying fish and don’t forget the alligator’s!! The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels. The responses from the rental company were helpful and quick if I ever had questions. Another perk which was an added bonus through this rental were the complimentary activities through Xplorie and they too, were wonderful to deal with. Seaside Cycles a must because its a great way to get down to the clubhouse and beach access locations and just to peddle around to see the beautiful homes and views. This particular property was a perfect location to beach access, the pool, clubhouse and a short drive to Freshfields Village for groceries at Teeter Harris and window shopping.
For the drawbacks: Did not like that we had to pay $5.00 /person for towels to use at the pool. That certainly adds up for multiple family members for the week.
Did not like that we had to pay additional fees to use the fitness center and the indoor pool.
The two drawers on either side of the stove don’t open all the way due to poor design. If you like to cook vs going out to eat the kitchen area is not that big so you wont have a lot of space to work with.
The worst thing that occurred on the 4th night of our stay was that there was a Palmetto bug AKA cockroach. It was found in the main bedroom and then again another was found the next day under the dining table. We were pretty upset and grossed out.
Definitely more pros then cons!! I would return to South Carolina if given the chance.

Sealoft Villas
We had a wonderful week in our Sealoft Villa. It was the perfect space for my husband and I with our 3 older children. We had access to the island amenities and it was a quick walk to the ocean. The property was beautiful, clean, and had most everything we needed already there. There were informative emails that walked us through the process from beginning to end and a welcoming, friendly staff at the office upon check in. We hope to return soon and would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful week in Seabrook. House was recently updated, nicely curated and had ample supplies for a vacation trip. Beach is a short walk at the end of the street and plenty of families and their dogs walking. We enjoyed the balconies and the many windows that provided a great breeze. All in all, a very restful stay.

Overall this was a very positive experience. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier, and communication from the property management was excellent.
The location is fantastic and everything was accurately represented in the listing. The rental was clean and well stocked, and all appliances were in perfect working condition.
Very happy with the stay. Traveled as a family with our 5 year old and small dog.

The property was quiet and a short walk to the beach which is beautiful. Overall we had a great stay. Needs a little TLC as the oven door does not open all the way ( hits fridge), the handle on the microwave was broken and the towel racks kept falling off the wall.

The house was very cute and within walking distance of a beach boardwalk. The house was very clean. However, there was some mold on the ceilings in the living room and the kitchen was not very functional but outside of those two things, the house was perfect for a staycation.

Summer stay at 933 Sealoft
We had a wonderful stay. The villa met our needs for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. The location is ideal being close to the beach and a short bike ride to Seabrook's Beach Club amenities. One issue we had was previous renter left several garbage bags in front of the plastic receptacle instead of placing them in the receptacle. We felt like the on site crew should have taken care of that on turn over day. We ensured trash was taken out as requested even though most of it wasn't ours. Other than that, it was a really nice experience and we would recommend it for anyone looking to stay at lovely Seabrook Island... but do watch out for alligators. We named one "Arnold" whom we spotted in the lagoon just about every day!

The property was very nice with a beautiful view of the golf course. We rented bikes for the short trip to the beach and rode them for fun each evening! This is a great place to stay if you want complete relaxation away from the hustle and bustle!

Lovely Villa, Perfect Size
We had a wonderful time in the villa! The location was perfect...so close to the beach. The villa is in a very quiet area. It is beautifully decorated and space worked out well for 6 of us (2 adults and 4 teens). The beach in Seabrook is not busy and crazy like many other touristy areas. It was perfect! The marina is close with great food. Freshfields Village is handy for groceries, shopping, and dinner out. We went into Charleston many times as it is only a 40 min drive. We will definitely be back!!!
