Located in Seabrook Island, this lovely house for $476 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 929 Sealoft This beautiful, uncrowded, gated community is perfect for a getaway with family and friends. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, biking, lounging by the neighborhood pool - just steps from the front door - walking along the beach or riding the waves. The ocean is a short stroll from the house! Sealofts boast an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with three decks to enjoy the sunshine from. 929 Sealoft has a lovely marsh view from any of the decks. The fully equipped kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with Corian countertops, updated cabinets and appliances, and tile flooring. Freshly painted, the living room has plenty of seating for the entire family, an HDTV/DVD player, games, cards and a variety of books for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, adjoining bathroom with a shower, and sliding glass doors leading to one of three decks. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub. Upstairs in the loft (open to the living room below) is two twin beds. The sun deck is the perfect retreat for star gazing at night or sunning during the day.This home offers bed accommodations for six people. Walk to the neighborhood pool or to the beach via Boardwalk 3A. Ride your bike 1/2 mile to the Beach Club pools, dining at the clubhouse or Pelican's Nest, or golf. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. This home is also dog friendly. Up to (1) dog is welcome to join! Additional fee to apply. Bring your family to Seabrook Island to relax and enjoy each other's company. Leave the hectic life behind please! ** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL (the loft is not considered a legal bedroom per the Town or County). Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. SI Business License 2023-0816

Had a wonderful time with family and labradoodle. My only criticism/opinion would be the location of the washer and dryer up in the loft versus having a bathroom there.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Sealoft Villas. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed seeing the birds and deer feeding on the golf course and in the marsh behind the house. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and we prepared most of our meals there.

Great dog friendly villa close to beach. All the little things supplied along with beach toys/boogie boards/grill etc. Parking might be a little tight for multiple vehicles but fine for a large SUV. Overall very nice and enjoyable stay. Amenity card access is a nice perk and was able to use the various pools/restaurants on the island.

Not our first time staying in this home. We loved it so much the first time we came back. Great property. Close walk to the beach. Beautiful golf course view. Our family (including our dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the house and everything about the island. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. but could use more of the staples that we have come to expect in rental houses, such as spices, sugar, cooking spray etc. There were also several burnt out light bulbs. The bathtub did not drain well because of sand. Finally, the dryer makes loud noises. On balanc, however, the positives far outweighed the minor problems and we would happily return.

We very much enjoyed our rental. It was what we expected in terms of size, was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with plates, utensils, appliances, etc. The location was quite close to the beach, which was great. Communication with the property managers was superb and they were very helpful and accommodating. We had a very positive experience.

This property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. In case you didn't notice in the pictures (like I did), there is no actual dining table, which was no big deal to us - there are four bars stools around the kitchen island. The location is great - close proximity to beach and Beach house amenities. We rode our bikes to the Beachouse restaurants and pool, Bohicket marina and Salty Dog, Fairfield Village and the Equestrian center.

The interior was clean and presentable. They let us check in early which was nice with children. The appearance when we drove up was not impressive at all. The outside furniture, grill and chairs were a mess. Overall enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect rental for our family vacation. Communication was great. I'd highly recommend renting a golf cart while there. While it is walkable to the beach, if you've got little kids it's just easier to drive.

This was our first time to Seabrook Island and we fell in love with the Island as soon as we arrived! From the minute that we arrived at our place, everything was very well organized. The villa overlooked the golf course and had beautiful views in the early morning and evening. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kids loved sleeping up in the loft and having access to their own deck. The location was close to the beach and beach club. We definitely would recommend this property and look forward to returning to Seabrook Island in the near future!

Wonderful property. Spacious and clean. Love the option of a hose outside the house, to wash off sand. Loved the pool in the neighborhood. House had everything you need to be comfortable. All rooms had smart tvs to allow for nighttime movie nights. Location is just across one of the beach boardwalks. We enjoyed all of it.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The loft was bright, clean, and nicely furnished. It’s very close to the beach and the club/pool. Renee, Nancy, and all the staff at CGoSC were super helpful and accommodating.

The unit was okay but, it did have some discrepancies. The villa has a bit of a bug problem. We seen a few large cockroaches and ants in the kitchen. Also, needs to get the house keeping to clean the floors and clean the bathrooms with actual cleaners and not just wipe it out. Plus, in the back of the unit there was garbage on the ground and the umbrella was broken and had no shade from the sun

Great location, close to beach and beach club

We had 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 11) share this beach house. We rented bikes and the beach access walkways were very close, as well as the beach club where the pool is. There were enough beds in the house for everyone and space for us to enjoy family meals each night. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you need if you are preparing meals. If you want to go out, there are plenty of restaurants close by at Fresh Fields to go to. There was also a lot of space under the house to store bikes, beach chairs and toys. There was so much to do in this area, we are already planning our trip for next year!

Sealoft Villas is a lovely place to stay in Seabrook. The Coastal Getaways staff was super friendly and responsive. All of the infort on the property and area they sent in advance helped make our vacation wonderful. Seabrook is a great property and it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!
