Overall, good location within walking distance to Front st., condo has the basic necessities (nothing more) and the bed isn't very comfortable so we did not sleep well. When I say basic necessities, this is what the condo was lacking: a rug & coffee table (felt super cold), basic cable (terribly old tv with basically no channels & it would always go in/out of service), a much cozier bed/bed frame, no towel rack or toilet paper holder... for around 1k this place could be SO much better! Also, parking: I would not listen to any directions or advice the owner provides - it was soo confusing and hard to find. We drove in circles for about 10mins. Just GPS it and plan to park on a side street for free just a block or two away (-5 min walk). We wouldn't stay here again but it is a good price for a downtown location.

Super cute little condo in the heart of downtown. It was a great location and within walking distance of so many places. It was very clean and as described in the listing. As it states, there isn’t a designated parking spot. I parked on the next block up or at the meters outside the condo as needed. (They’re 2 hour meters and monitored 8A-6P, so in the evening I’d just park there, take a photo of my spot number, and then jump on the app at 8A to buy parking until I was ready to leave for the day ha.) If I knew I’d just be walking, I’d park on 9th street and it was no problem. I’d definitely recommend to others!

We had a lovely time! The place was cute, spotless and the location is great. The only suggestions I would make would be to be more up front about parking and give us clueless tourists a few more identifying landmarks to find the property upon arrival into town. It is not the easiest to locate. Thank you!

We stayed with two adults and two children (4 and 7). The place was VERY clean and it was really nice that there was a washer and dryer with detergent. We discovered after the fact that there was also tooth paste which we were running low on. Those are little conveniences that really make a difference. The complex felt safe and quiet and was walking distance to downtown and the lake (although, a bit far with all your stuff!). This is a one bedroom but the listing says it sleeps 4. Before I booked I asked what the other sleep situation was - a blow up mattress. We ended up setting that up in the one bedroom and that worked better for our situation so we could stay up and hang out while the kids slept. I would recommend to the owner to install a toilet paper holder and a nice touch would to make available a small cooler to use. Also a few rugs would make the place feel a little cozier BUT this unit was more on the lower price for this area so I assume that, that is part of the reason why perhaps there were no rugs. Happy we stayed here and i would recommend if this works for your family!

We enjoy Traverse City, and frequent the area, but have never stayed at a property that close to town. We will certainly do this again. Great location, only a few blocks walk to town, and the property was in excellent condition. Lisa was very easy to work with!!!

This was the prefect place to stay for our trip to Traverse City. The space was cute, clean and quiet. Very close to some restaurants and bars if you want a quick bite to eat. We really enjoyed The Parlor which had live music most nights. Right across the street is the Old Town Playhouse - they were performing Chicago while we were there, but we didn’t get the chance to go. Still very cool! Not a long walk to Front Street with more restaurants and shops. The Bay is just about a block further. Parking was free about a block from the unit and we had no problems. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Enjoyed being super close to everything downtown. The space is small but worked great for two people. Parking was a pain because we found out after booking that they could not provide a pass even though it said one was included in the listing. We had to juggle public parking schedules a bit and ended up paying for a short time in the garage nearby. No issues other than that!

We really enjoyed this clean cute well equipped unit. The location was ideal—walkable to all that downtown has to offer, all the nearby restaurants and brew pubs (not noisy at all), as well as the Old Town Playhouse across the street. We also appreciated the convenient reliable parking a short walk away.

for someone who isn't planning to spend time in their room looking out over the bay but prefers to stay somewhere that nighttime is quiet, and their lodging is walking distance to restaurants and shopping, this is the place! The unit is clean and everything you need for a week or a month in Traverse City. Plenty for 1, made for 2, but could accommodate a family. I will recommend and choose to stay in this unit again when available. Only criticism - for a non-smoking facility, there is a strong smoke smell at the front door and in the stairwell. Be aware in case you are sensitive. Owner is aware and communicated efforts to eliminate.

My family and I stayed in this condo for the Traverse City Ironman event. It was a great long around a short walk to downtown were most of the event was held. And the nearby parking structure was easy to access for ourselves and additional family that came in for the day. We will definitely be checking availability for any trip we make in the future to Traverse.

We had a great time at Lisa's place! The location is perfect, right in downtown Traverse City and at walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, events and to the Marina/beach. And despite having lots of restaurants and life around, in the flat itself it’s completely quiet! The place is very clean and stylish and has everything you need (I like cooking also on vacation, and I could find all the tools I needed in the kitchen!), and it looks exactly like it does in the pictures! Lisa was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. I totally recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Location is excellent. Walking distance to downtown. Parking is not convenient being have to walk one block to parking garage. Also, toilet was not clean upon arrival. Every view out every window is a wall. Literally have to bend over and look up out the window to see the sky. Another bothersome item is there is no local news channel on the tv. Made it difficult to check the weather. Otherwise it was nice.

The property is well maintained and in a very good location for all amenities but only having the sofa bed for seating and no extra chairs except the barstools at the breakfast bar was a drawback when family came to visit.
