Situated in Traverse City, this attractive condo for $331 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: Incredible location! In the heart of Old Town - a part of downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. One free space in the parking garage next door. The Space: Condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. One Bedroom with King Bed, and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Full bathroom, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv for streaming only (sorry no cable.) This condo is 850 square feet. Guest Access: To view all Golden Swan properties and for our very best prices, please find us at goldenswanmgt The Neighborhood: Restraurant options everywhere within easy walking distance. Handy neighborhood market around the corner on Union Street has one of the best butchers in town- Maxbauers. Getting Around: You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage with pass. Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES. HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street. OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.) Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined. EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout. Other Things to Note: There are stairs to reach the condo, it's on the second floor. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our only issue was the street noise that went throughout the night. If your used to city noise, it won’t be an issue. We just aren’t used to it so we lost some sleep. Beautiful stay overall!

If you want to be in the heart of it all stay here. A very clean and very comfortable place to stay with thoughtful amenities. There were plenty of paper supplies and coffee for our first morning. There were lots of very nice towels and other linens. For me, the parking situation was not desirable and neither were the stairs for packing and unpacking purposes, but if that kind of thing won’t bother you, I highly recommend this five star spot.

Perfect location, lots of windows -bright and modern decor. Furnished nicely. Newer appliances and the washer dryer was such a plus. The parking pass was not expected but such a bonus!! Thanks to the host for supplying paper towels, dish soap starter coffee pods, salt /pepper etc-and of course the great bottle of wine!! Nice touch and appreciated

We really enjoyed the condo itself is stunning. We found everything we needed. Bed was comfortable too. Parking was a little challenging having to walk over to the structure and park on the third floor every time we went out but not that big of a deal. Great location, walkable to Front St and many restaurants and bars. We will book here again.

We arrived to a lovely condo on Friday evening, with a bottle of wine waiting for us. The weather for the weekend was a bonus as it was a picture perfect weekend to go wining. The condo is exactly as the pictures show - its really a beautiful place. I stay again in the future and recommend others to do the same.

My husband & I took advantage of the beautiful fall weather and spent 2 nights in this condo, which was perfect walking distance to the shops & restaurants of downtown Traverse City. The condo was completely furnished, *very clean, and attractively decorated. Best 2 night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time in the comfortable king size bed! Thank you for being easily accessible to communicate with Katy. We look forward to staying there again!

This was the perfect location for my first time visiting Michigan! Easy drives to Sleeping Bear, Mission Point, Torch Lake, etc Plus lots of great shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance! Condo was perfect…clean, cozy, well appointed, and the hosts were very helpful with recommendations, and super quick to respond to questions! Will be back next year!

The unit is very comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring Traverse City. There is no elevators so toting suitcases is taxing. The second day, I washed three loads of laundry before I learned the dryer did not work properly, requiring toting the wet laundry to s laundromat. I was told repairman would be sent (did not happen) and that we would be compensated for our inconvenience (not so far). There were only 4 coffee cups and VERY limited silverware, requiring operating the dishwasher every two days with very little in it—not eco friendly.

This space was the perfect size for a couple's getaway. Very clean and modern. The location was great-just a couple blocks from downtown. We enjoyed being able to keep our car parked and walk to all our restaurant, shopping and bar destinations. I would highly recommend this space and location to anyone!

Only downside is parking. It is accurately explained up front. However, what isn’t told is that the limited spaces are much more narrow than a normal space which (as in my case) is likely to leave you with a souvenir ding or two. Structure parking is a viable option unless (as in my case) the structure is closed! Then, SOL - shouldn’t be this way.
I’ve stayed in the complex next door and they provide a pass for the structure. Admittedly, of no help if the structure is closed (which I’m sure was an anomaly) but, would be a welcomed, amenity to be included nonetheless for carefree in-and-out.
Overall, highly recommended.
P.s, After having to leave before our scheduled check-out, received "check-out instructions" that included doing the dishes, stripping beds, and doing laundry. Really? After charging me a cleaning fee? Perhaps you should be paying me to clean. Ain't gonna happen.
