location and size of room and location in building
sofa soiled and spare bedroom bed a little small for two adult women

I like the two bathrooms and two bathrooms. We have enough towels and toilet papers plus dish detergent. I like the facts that everywhere required 3 nights of minimum stay and Tropic Winds allowed me to book just 2 nights. We have other places to go so the 2 nights available was awesome. I know the facility tries to clean very well, but since the building is old so does everything else. Therefore, making it looking dirty and smelly although I know it has been cleaned well
The towels fold and for us to use is dirty when we grabbed from the closet. I believe the person who fold it doesn't pay attention and that's what we found. Right away, we don't feel the cleanliness at all and I have attached the picture. The building is old and so all the rugs smell bad and dirty. The washing machine has water stored in the front of the machine and therefore the molding smell is very strong due to water stay in the machine after each wash.

The beach view. The patio.and the area
The kitchen lights wasn't working. Some of the caps didn't work on the stove. The dining room chairs needs replacing. The living room sofa needs cleaning.

it was comfortable and beautiful
the handle of the door to the balcony was broken so it was a bit of inconvenience

All staff was extremely courteous and respectful, all eager to offer help and always smiling. Everything was very clean when we arrived, yes there was small amounts of sand on the floor (but let’s be real, we all know it’s impossible to get every bit of sand up, that’s why we hate getting it in our cars!) if I were trying to be a Karen and Knick pick everything I still wouldn’t have anything to complain about!! Definitely planning to stay here many more times in the future, and hopefully soon!
No complaints

The view was amazing. Not to far from food or stores. Good staff that is on site.
The floor was definitely not cleaned. There was no chairs for our room and no information letting us know weather we needed to rent them or bring chairs.

King bed is comfortable. On the beach and on the top floor of the building. Decent location to Pier Park.
Found this property since we decided to come down a day early and needed somewhere to stay. Pricing was average for Panama City but it was expensive for this property. Property is not as updated as it seems in pictures. The porch furniture was rusty and we were afraid to sit on it since it looked like it was about to fall apart. The intake grates for the AC were dirty and I don’t think had been cleaned in a while. Also, upon arrival, the units a/c was set on 78. Smoke detectors were also missing in the bedrooms. The unit honestly could have used a deep clean but I mean it was fine for one night.

We like the location.
The bath towels were still in the dryer when we arrived. Some of the towels were stained and did not look clean. There were no shower liners for either shower. Maybe that is just what the do now. The ice maker leaked out into the floor the 1st day, we called and they sent a repair man the next day. There was no parking pass for our vehicle in the Condo so we called after getting a warning from the Tropic Winds. We called and they brought the parking pass to the Condo within the hour.

Location is fine. Amenities are OK.
It wasn’t clean. Paying $400 a night I don’t expect mildew on the master bath shower curtain or a lack of a dustpan. Found a filthy balcony floor with sand everywhere and dirt everywhere. The guest bathroom shower vibrates like it’s about to explode with accompanying LOUD noise. Little old man running around making kids leave the pool and upon arrival, shouted at me as I was parking my truck that there is no smoking. Someone had one lit in my truck but that was a BAD first impression. Hadn’t been there five seconds and this guy’s yelling at me and then was rude when I apologized. We won’t be back and I’ve stayed there many times.
