About this villa rental
Nestled in Seabrook Island, this charming villa for $649 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautiful views of the golf course from expansive screened in porches. Rates include taxes, cleaning and amenity card. Walk into a foyer which opens to a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Our living room has a 48" flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace. There is a screened in dining porch that seats 4-6 and a dining room that seats 6. A large screened in porch off the living room is terrific for enjoying a reading, napping or having your favorite beverage. There is a queen bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a walk in closet, private ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV and a beautiful screened in porch overlooking the golf course. The second upstairs bedroom has twin beds, a walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom. A short bike ride down a very quiet, lake and tree lined street puts you on boardwalk #9 at Pelican's Beach or at the Beach Club pool.. The Pelican's Beach access is approximately 1 mile and the Beach Club is approximately 1.5 miles. Seabrook Island is a beautiful, gated, private community with many amenities accessible with an amenity card that comes with your rental. *The Island House is for fine dining or a cocktail in the bar overlooking the ocean. *The Lake House has a large fitness area, indoor and outdoor pools, all of which are close to the tennis facilities and equestrian center. We had a great time. The property was as advertised and the owners were great to work with. We enjoyed the screened in porches and the pool that was never crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the property. Exactly as advertised. Owner / manager was proactive to help with check in process and very responsive. The unit is two stories located on the second / third floor of the townhome. Comes well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Location is great, right next to smaller semi-private pool and short drive / bike ride to the club house / pool / beach. Community seems to be mix of retirees with some summer visitors with younger kids people are nice but there are lots of rules. The only downside was, we traveled with other families staying elsewhere in Seabrook, and there were limited things to do in the area for families with kids. i.e. restaurants, activities for kids, etc. without traveling 15-20 minutes off the island but that’s a general comment for the area. If set to travel to Seabrook this property is a great option!

We loved our stay here! Property was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 6 adults. We rented bikes and it was a short ride to our favorite beach access spot. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful condo just as described. We loved spending time at the pool right outside our door after a morning on the beach. Probably our favorite part was early mornings and evenings on the screened in porch off the living room (there are 3) no matter how hot it was outside we always felt comfortable with the breeze coming through. We highly recommend this condo if traveling to Seabrook!

The listing was very accurate. Really enjoyed the small private pool on the property as well as the club. One problem with the master bathroom but the owner was easy to reach and deal with.

The island was beautiful and the screened in porches were wonderful. Our family had a nice time, and it slept 5 comfortably. Doug was great about communicating when there was an issue about cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay at Seabrook and this condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone. They had all the cooking supplies that we needed with plenty of extra spices and olive oil. We have a 2 and 4 year old who enjoyed the beach, children’s pool, and visiting the horses every day. On a rainy day we also went to the aquarium in Charleston. We ate at the salty dog and the little pizza place at fresh field village. We ordered our groceries ahead of time and picked them up at Food Lion about 20 to 30 minutes on our way into town which helped avoid the busy crowd at Harris Teeter in the village. Seabrook is such a beautiful island and very family friendly. We hope to visit again soon!

All 4 units in the building were full yet it was very quiet and we experienced absolutely no impact from those staying in the 3 other units. The owners seemed to care that we enjoyed our stay and made themselves available should we need anything. Nice!

It was our first time on the Island and we couldn’t be happier. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Doug was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable do my husband and I, our toddler, and my mother. We would definitely come back.

The property itself is very nice and well taken care of; however we didn’t like Seabrook Island. The beaches are far-removed and barrier islands keep down the waves. Probably good for little kids if you don’t mind a long walk. Food at the restaurants is so-so and between Kiawah and Seabrook, dining and shopping is very limited. Shops are expensive and restaurants aren’t great anywhere close to Seabrook.. If you know and like Seabrook…this is a great place to stay. We just didn’t like the island vibe and left a day early..

Seabrook Island beaches are a long walk from any boardwalk entrance and parking is limited. Condo is closest to Boardwalk 9 which fronts on the river side of the island.
The Beach Club Pool is crowded with little kids and you can’t really get to a beach from this location. My son’s Pina Colada was. $15. .
Seabrook has tons of rules about everything.

This property on Seabrook Island was perfect for our family vacation. We were able to easily ride bikes to beaches and the beach club.
The pool at the condo was their favorite by far, although we also took advantage of the Beach Club and Lake House pools.
The condo itself was so comfortable. We spent as much time on the screened-in porches as we did in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds were cozy and the entire place felt like home as soon as we arrived.
Doug is an amazing host. He quickly answered lots of questions and gave excellent recommendations. He kept us informed of all July 4 activities that were planned on the island. You really couldn't ask for a nicer person to rent from.
I highly recommend you book this property on your next visit to Seabrook.

We loved the porches and the property manager responded quickly when we had difficulty with the key lockbox. Having the villa pool was great for our kids. We would love to stay here again during our future trips to this beautiful island!

Lovely vacation home in Seabook
My family and I had a wonderful trip to Seabrook Island. The house was perfect - just enough space, and the beds were very comfortable. The screened in porches were the best…Great place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine or in the morning with coffee. We rented bikes and got around the island that way. Paths are shady and loved that we could get exercise while traveling. The facilities at Seabrook are amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Well taken care of and very clean
We have stayed in alot of rentals at Seabrook and Kiawah and this one is one of the best condos. Very clean and well stocked. Furniture has been maintained and well taken care of/updated. Kitchen was stocked very well. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. We especially LOVED the screened in porches! Very comfortable for everyone.

We had a great time at the villa. It was overall clean and tidy! It had everything you would need for your visit (towels, washer, dishes, pots/pans, etc.). Doug was helpful with my questions prior to our trip! Would recommend and look forward to future trips to Seabrook!

The villa was 100% as advertised. Clean, well appointed and quiet. We enjoyed the screened in porches where we would watch the wildlife and enjoy the cool breezes. We had not taken a vacation since last September so we were ready for a break. Seabrook Island is our favorite vacation spot.

Perfect place for us. Clean, modern, convenient location. Everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Rode the bikes we rented to the beach. Grocery store nearby and the kitchen had all we needed to cook meals when we decided to stay on instead of going to one of the nearby restaurants. Owner responded quickly to any questions including restauarant recommendations. The title says it all’s, Perfect!

The condo was well supplied with beach gear and in the kitchen. Extremely convenient location to Beach Club pool and beach access. Great family reunion!

The villa was decorated lovely. All the beds and furnishings were very comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were lots of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. We lived on the screen porch, there were 3 of them. when we were not out enjoying the beautiful island. Great location, very pleasant walk or bike ride to the beach. We also enjoy the pool right outside our door. The Hidden Oaks nature trail right across the street was a wonderful surprise. It leads to a very scenic marsh area. We loved our stay, we were very comfortable and will be back! Thank you!
