Take advantage of the kayak/paddle board launch, crabbing dock and Creekwatch neighborhood pool that are all part of this community. Immerse yourself into the perfect beach vacation in this peaceful low country setting. It is a very quiet cul de sac that invites you to completely unwind. After a day at the beach/pool, biking, golfing and or playing tennis - enjoy the sunset on your own private upstairs deck overlooking the marsh. Drop a line at the crabbing dock or rent a kayak and launch a tidal creek adventure. If you're heading to the beach the owners have provided chairs, a beach umbrella and wagon. You'll be delighted by the open, bright living space with plenty of cozy seating, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. A wall of windows frames the beauty of Seabrook Island beyond. Watch the wildlife that is so prevalent throughout Seabrook come and go. There are two bedrooms on the first level with updated en suite baths. The queen room has a 40" HDTV and access to a private deck with incredible views. The king room also has a 40" HDTV, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. Upstairs there is an adorable open loft bedroom with 2 twin beds, 40" HDTV, vaulted ceiling and access to another private deck. The sunny kitchen is updated and fully stocked with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and Keurig coffee maker. Chat with family and friends while you cook. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with table and seating for 6. The entire villa is cheerful and bright and waiting for you to enjoy. Take your meal outside and dine al fresco on the deck. There is also a propane grill for your BBQ delights. This is such a charming villa, close to so many of Seabrook Islands' favorite amenities that you'll want to explore them all. As a bonus, this property is a 1 dog property friendly (no exceptions). Pet fees apply. *As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. * Fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. Husband and I frequently come over to Kiawah but it was our second time ever on the Seabrook island, and it was by far the best time we had so far. Island's serenity, beauty, and the friendliness of the people around were stunning. We appreciated the house that was able to accommodate our dog, the quiet location, the amenities, and the proximity to shopping. The beach was empty and divine. We will come back! Thank you!

This is an amazing property! We were in town for a family wedding. The property is up-to-date, clean and just the right size for a family. The bathrooms were amazing… felt like being at a spa. The place feels so peaceful and like home. We had many lively discussions and competitive games of Uno and Pit. The location is very convenient to the beautiful nature surroundings. Working with the listing agent was smooth and prompt. All the communications covered every detail we needed. We would definitely return!

We are a family of 6 with a small dog. Sea brook Island is a wonderful vacation destination. The villa was just as advertised. Plenty of room for the entire family. Very clean and looks just like the pictures. We would definitely stay there again. The location is right next to a crab dock and had a small quiet pool that was very enjoyable. I’ve been renting in this area for years and this Villa was perfect.

We had a great time! We specifically chose the property to be near the crab dock as that’s my son’s favorite haunt while on Seabrook. I wish I had been aware of the scale of the staircase going up. My elderly mother was with me and she struggled with the steps, so just a heads up if you have someone in the party who has trouble with steps.

The property was immaculately clean (with Covid that was a big concern to me). The unit is listed as pet friendly but you would never know a pet had ever been there. Lots of extra items like coffee pods. We had the beautiful neighborhood pool just steps away almost all to ourselves. Better than described!

The house was beautiful with tons of natural sunlight and 3 balconies with different views. There were nice extra touches to make us feel at home. This was a great place to hang out and be with nature. My husband and I walked and ran and biked many miles every day and would love to return for the Bohicket Half Marathon. It was very relaxing, and all the neighbors are so friendly. We can’t wait to return.

My husband and I went for a week and the house was perfect for us! It was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and more. Both of the showers were awesome! Great water pressure and really hot water! Furnishings are in great shape and very clean. You would not have thought that it is a pet friendly property!! We will definitely come back!

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The interior was beautiful and I loved how the light moved through the rooms. We loved the location next to the salt marsh. Next time we are renting kayaks to launch from the crabbing dock and will bring a fishing pole.

This property is beautiful with upgraded finishes and appointments! I was really surprised they would allow pets but they actually embrace them leaving extra 'supplies' for dog walks, a dog blanket, and all of the relevant beach rules that apply. Everything is so well taken care of. The property is located in a quiet area near a pool and dock, and just a short drive to the beach. Perfect for the 3 of us! Love the upstairs loft - would be a really fun place for kids/teenagers. (worked out great as my husband's office for the week!) We fell in love with Seabrook and all it has to offer during our trip. We will be back definitely! And will definitely stay in this villa again!

We had a wonderful time at the dune loft villas. It was a great location for crabbing, the beach, and the pool. We loved to take a run down to the beach and see the dolphins. I would highly recommend this place & this location. Thank you!!
