About this villa rental
Nestled in Seabrook Island, this charming villa for $615 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 904 Sealoft has the best location of all the Sealoft Villas- private and close to the beach boardwalk. 3 decks overlook the pond and Oceanwinds Golf Course. Relax and observe the egrets, herons and osprey fishing the pond and the golfers "expressing" their emotions on the course. Pick a deck and enjoy coffee in the morning and an adult beverage in the evening. As darkness falls, feel the ocean breeze, watch the stars come out and listen to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach in the distance- blissful. The house is the perfect beach cottage- updated, well equipped and comfortable (see pictures). It can accommodate up to 6 people- 2 bedrooms with baths on the main level and a sleeping loft upstairs. There are TVs in each bedroom and the living room plus WIFI. In the storage area are 2 cruiser bikes, a beach cart with chairs, cooler and umbrella, plus a Weber gas grill. Take advantage of all that Seabrook Island offers.There is a private pool in the complex for Sealoft residents only, and the white sand, warm water and breaking waves of North Beach are across the street via a boardwalk. With the amenity card included in the rent (during the summer only) guests can access the oceanfront pools of the Seabrook Island Club, eat at the Club restaurants overlooking the ocean, and for an additional fee, play golf or tennis. Bicycling on the beach at sunset is always special, and the roads are bike friendly, so ride around the island and enjoy the beauty of the low country- moss draped live oaks, palm trees, serene marshes and ambling creeks. Right outside the gate and easily reached by bicycle is the Bohicket Marina for boating and fishing trips, plus several casual, fun restaurants and often live music on the patio. Freshfields Village is a short distance beyond the marina. Find a gourmet market with great takeout, interesting shops and terrific restaurants. If you must leave our beautiful island, the incomparable city of Charleston is 35 minutes North. Also within a 30 minute drive are several antebellum plantations, the Firefly distillery, the Charleston Tea Plantation, and enough historical sites to satisfy any history buff. And the food!!! There are so many terrific, casual fun restaurants that are unique and reasonably priced- a foodie's paradise! This is a great vacation destination. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, this property rents for 7 nights, Saturday through Saturday only. Also motorcycles are not allowed through the gates on Seabrook.

Peaceful setting with easy beach and club access. Very clean and cared for property with all you need to start enjoying your vacation immediately. 4 bikes, beach cart, umbrella, chairs saved us some $’s for things we normally would have rented. Highly recommend.

Excellent Family Time
The location of this property cannot be beat-close access to everything! Great views, clean, inviting and Debra treats her renters like family-so many awesome things available for use, things you don't even think you would need! And Blake was on top of things as well. We found the garden hose wasn't functioning and asked if there was another one somewhere, he brought another one the next day!

Great Property and location
We had a great vacation. Loved the location, view and boardwalk 3 beach. The unit was nice and sunny. We loved looking for the alligator every morning in the pond and did see him a few times. The bathrooms were nicely updated from the pictures which was a nice surprise. The few times I had a question, I got a response right away.

Great Family Getaway
Our family had a wonderful time on Seabrook Island! The home was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for more. The property is well maintained, the AC works great, and the property manager and owner were wonderful to work with. The fridge didn’t seem to be cooling when we arrived, and Debra called me right away to help. There was no problem at all with the fridge (I think the door had been left ajar before we arrived) but both Debra and Blake were very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful time riding bikes around the island. The wildlife is abundant, which was my favorite part of the trip. My children loved the pool at the beach club! We had a wonderful family vacation and plan to come back!

Last minute getaway
This was our first visit to Seabrook Island and was planned as a last minute getaway. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. We were looking for something very laid back and this certainly fit the bill. The villa was exceptionally clean and fully equipped for anything we might need. While we would've loved an ocean view, the pond was beautiful and the daily visits from the gators cruising by were very entertaining....certainly nothing we were used to seeing! The only downfall is that there are very few restaurants close by. We took a trip to Charleston for the day and the drive was about 50 min. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great property, wonderful host, had everything we needed, including bikes and beach toys for the kids. Excellent location to walk to the beach, right across the road from the boardwalk. What a charming vacation Island, has something for everyone. Loved the alligators in the pond... Dreaming of returning again and again. Will be back, its a slice of paradise for family vacation..

We loved, loved loved our stay in Seabrook. The island is magical, the villa was so convenient and charming, and the amenities -- from golf, to swimming, to riding and tennis -- were unbelievable. We will absolutely be back next year!!

Late July in Sealoft Villas, Seabrook

Loved it!
From beginning to end, a great location. We even enjoyed the alligator in the lake--and the friendly frog who hopped into the house (but was quickly caught and relocated to his outdoor home)!

We had an issue arise as soon as we got there and it was taken care of immediately. Very good experience. Loved the island and the private beach. The wildlife was amazing, alligators, dolphins, hawks, herrings, and so much more to enjoy on the island. Would recommend to a friend and stay again.

Property is in good area and in good condition however when the temperature was 81 at bedtime that's no good! When I complained I was told repairman would be there the next day. Next day I was told that said repairman was having truck problems and wouldn't be able to come. Text from owner saying that it was normal because it was hot outside. Owner was not very concerned, in fact, was a little rude. She texted me by mistake when she meant to be texting the property manager saying I was from North Carolina and it's not nearly as hot there as if that's a logical reason why I wouldn't want the temp to be 81 inside!! This was my 3rd trip to Seabrook. It is my favorite place for a nice relaxing trip where the entire focus is family time! This was the only time that I have ever had a problem with the temperature inside any rental. She did say if we wanted to leave she'd issue a refund. What a joke on labor day weekend! Just cancel my entire vacation and go home? Thank God it got cooler outside after the first 2 days of our stay. Unit still stayed around 78 degrees during the day but would at least finally bring temp down at night. She states there's never been any complaints ever about the air but in her welcome letter it states not to turn air below 72 or it will freeze up and there will be no AC. Seems odd to include a "non-issue" in the welcome letter! Aside from that the place is nice. The items available to use at the beach and the bikes are a big plus! Also, charging such a tremendous cleaning fee and while including a list of tasks for you, the renter, to do upon checkout is a little ridiculous as well.

Late August retreat
What a wonderful way to end the summer. Debra was so available and answered all of my questions before the trip. Once on the island we found the villa clean and had everything we could need. The bikes and beach items were great! The lagoon is a treasure to sit and watch anytime of day. Highly recommend this villa and location. Thanks Debra!

Wonderful cottage
What a great way to end our summer ... cottage was immaculate and in a fantastic location. Kitchen was very well equipped which was important as we cooked all our meals. The cottage gets great light, and feels very private. We enjoyed our mornings watching the alligators swim in he pond and our evenings on the rooftop deck, watching the sunset. Location is excellent. Boardwalk is right outside the turn into the property... a three minute walk... another 5 minutes on the boardwalk and you are at the ocean. Debra was great and responded to texts immediately. Would absolutely come back.

A wonderful stay
We had a fabulous two weeks in Seabrook. We loved the location near the beach and had fantastic views of the pond with plenty of wildlife. The bikes were great and Debra was wonderful- very helpful and dealt with any questions we had immediately. Thank you and we hope to come back and stay again!

Great Family Vacation
We absolutely love Seabrook Island and enjoyed this comfortable and well appointed villa. The location and proximity to the beach and club house was very convenient. It’s a bonus that the owner provides access to bikes, beach gear and toys! Deb is fabulous and we look forward to renting this property in the future!

Disappointed in cleanliness
The pictures looked great but it had not been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. It needs a good deep cleaning i.e walls, floors, rugs etc. In addition she has a cat which I am allergic to and that was not noted online and there was cat hair everywhere. She did however refund the cleaning fee per my request.

Deborah is an outstanding host and her home is fabulous
904 Sealoft Villa, a wonderful place! Deborah includes with your rental, 4 bicycles, plenty of beach toys and carts to walk to the beach. Beach is about 1/4 to1/2 mile away. Front loading washer and dryer, beach towels, a few spices and a few items in the refrigerator to help out. We had an outstanding experience with the owner Deborah from booking to staying.
