My Dad passed away recently so we wanted to take my Mom on a girls trip. We had the best time. The condo was AMAZING! They do a great job making sure you have enough of everything. We will definitely be going back. Condo was very clean, the pools are ere great and it’s right on the beach. Definitely recommend this place!

This was our first vacation and I was absolutely amazed with this condo. It was clean, and had all of the amenities you could possibly need. This place definitely did not feel like a hotel, felt like a home away from home. The wifi didn’t lag, the hot water stayed hot, and the air didn’t freeze up. I will never rent another property for our vacation as long as this one is available! Thank you for making our first family vacation a memorable one!

The condo was great; it easily slept four adults and two children. The view from the balcony of our condo was beautiful. The owners of this condo have left extras like nice beach towels and board games to play; this was great for some relaxing evening time.
Accessing the beach and pool was, for the most part, easy. The building only has two elevators, and one quit working for a day during our stay; this caused long waits for the elevator. Luckily, our condo was on the second floor, so taking the stairs was easy.
Our family would book this condo again if we returned to Perdido Key!

Dianne answered any questions that I had prior to my trip. The location is perfect- beach was not crowded at all. The pool was amazing!
The 2 bedroom was just what we needed. Very much enjoyed sitting on the patio and talking at night.
If you are looking for a place that is not over crowded and our planning on not adventuring too far this is your place.

Condo was clean, excellent location, beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Make arrangements ahead of time for the beach chairs (excel beach) so you’ll be on the list to sit up front. Perfect for kids (free toys and chairs to use, plus beachtowels, cooler, etc) Would definitely stay here again.

The second floor accommodations were just awesome and the ocean and pool view was spectacular.

This is the second time we've stayed here and this condo definitely doesn't disappoint! We were completely satisfied last year and even more so this year! They made some cosmetic upgrades that really make it feel like a home away from home! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

When we arrived it looked to be cleaned ok but didn’t think much about it. There was a few things torn up and we assumed they knew, since the cleaner just left. After being there a bit we noticed the top dishwasher was broken barely hanging on the rack, the couch was broken, the curtain hook was literally satting there about to fall out of the dry wall and when I pulled the curtains it fell in the floor! I didn’t say anything bc I didn’t want to bother anyone. The maintenance guy had already told me he was coming back the next day between 10 & 12 because the people before us that stayed had broken the lights above the bathroom sink! It was literally hanging down from the wall. We told him that it was ok and it didn’t bother us? He never showed up that next day or called! On the next day on that Monday he called and said he would be there in 10 minutes so we went up to let him finish and fix the light. My husband and daughter even had to help him hold it in place to fix it? He was there at least a hour which still didn’t bother us!? We understand it had to be fixed. He even gave us a complimentary wine and was very apologetic. I told him about the couch and he said he new about that and I said I just didn’t want to accused of messing it up!!!!?
The condo itself wasn’t cleaned perfectly the day we arrived but again we didn’t say anything! During our stay we vacuumed like three times and swept at least 2 or 3 times bc of sand being everywhere hello we are at the beach so again didn’t think much about it! The day we left we did what was asked and thought nothing of it? We stayed 7nights and two days after we left I received an email stating that they filed a claim bc of the broken wall hook and had to fix drywall and the sand toys and surf boards were broken and towels were stained?????? First of all boards were already broken but still worked so we used them and we didn’t play with any sand toys bc our kids are not babies they are all 12 n older? The wall was already messed up and we cleaned as good as I was going to clean bc I’m pretty sure we pay cleaning fees that are ridiculous anyways on all vrbo 😂
When I told Dianne about it all she just basically told me we did it and that she could of charged me additional fees for cleaning??? I have stayed many places in the last 15 years and never had anything like this happen. So beware of staying here because it’s not ok to treat your customers like this bc there is way to many other places to stay

We have been visiting the Gulf of Mexico for over 20 years and have stayed at dozens of condos. This unit is probably the BEST EQUIPPED condo we have ever stayed in. Included in the stay are at least 4 high quality, thick, large beach towels; at least 2 comfortable beach chairs; an umbrella; box full of beach toys and multiple boogie boards; 2 complimentary (free) beach chairs and umbrella from the beach service--these alone made a world of difference in packing for the trip and comfort. These amenities, as well as being a 2nd floor unit, additional high chair and pack-n-play make it kid-friendly. The lap pool and larger pool were exceptionally well kept. The unit floorplan flows well and is spacious. The master bedroom and bathroom are large. The shower is a good size with a seat and quick, hot water with good pressure. The kitchen was well equipped. Stop by the condo before going to the grocery store--we had more than enough toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, laundry detergent, trash bags, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for our 4 day stay. The condo faces the pool, so you do get the usual noise level that comes with that, and some illumination from the pool lights into the master bedroom. These were non-issues for us. The unit was spotless on arrival and very comfortable. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS UNIT.

We enjoyed the condo immensely!! The owners are so attentive to every detail and all the extras this condo included were wonderful! From the treasure trove of sandcastle and water toys for our girls to the coolers and ice packs to the extra beach chairs and the little flashlights perfect for crabbing at night, every detail was thought out and much appreciated! We come every year to Perdido Key and will now always check to see if this wonderful condo is available first! Thank you Dianne!
