Lo céntrico que está
Nadie nos dijo que era un 4 piso sin ascensor, con unas escaleras de peldaños pequeñas para subir cargando con las maletas.

Good location, everything you could is need in the room. Kitchen, oven, dishes, chairs, first aid kit, etc.
The bathroom sink was blocked

Great central and easy location that wasn’t at the top of a hill.
First photo is from front door of the apartment building and street the apartment is located on.
There were no unexpected surprises that differed from photos. There was no dislike for our family.
Only trivial thing was not much counter space or a place to put toiletries in bathroom, but no a real problem.

Location is wonderful
First Aid Kit is essentially empty. The sink is tiny which makes it very difficult when washing faces/brushing teeth. Water gets everywhere. Air conditioning is only in the Bedroom, so anyone sleeping on the pull out couch beware. Amenities were basic, nothing really special.

Amazing location! We walked everywhere and all the buses and trains we needed left from the square which was 5 min walk from the apartment. Great use of a really super small space, Ikea style :-)
It was really tight for us because we traveled with two teenagers. It would have been perfect for a couple. The one thing we didn't like was that the bathroom is divided by a glass wall and door from the kitchen and the sitting space. There are a couple of frosted stripes on the glass but that really doesn't help.

The location was great, close to metro tram 28, the centre and Alfama district.
The apartment had everything we needed and Rui the host was a great help with queries and even arranged a taxi when leaving ,
This isn’t a complaint, but the stairs were a killer for us oldies but we managed!

The apartment was spacious, had everything I needed for a 4 night stay. The air conditioning was lovely, and I needed it in May.
The host was really communicative about check in/out and gave a helpdul map around the area. Always quick to respond to any messages!
The location was amazing. Easy to walk to Rossio to catch transportation out for day trips, easy to explore Alfama and Bairro Alto.
My apartment was on the 4th floor and there are no elevators. It wasn't too bad, just FYI!

the property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay, the location is also perfect for walking straight out into the heart of Lisbon, the hosts are very helpful and in full communication throughout
The one thing we would change is that we were on the 4th floor with no lift but apart from that everything else was perfect
8.0
the location, the cleanliness and the organization of the apartment
the many stair steps you have to climb to get there

location, nice kitchen facilities,
no private bathroom, literally a glass wall and door right next to the kitchen. not comfortable beds. also tiny ants all over the apartment upon arrival, I had to keep sweeping the floors and shaking out blankets. also I understand the steps and was fine with it, but should be noted almost 90 narrow steps for people who may not be able to handle it.

Location was GREAT! You are within walking distance from all main points in the city center & a grocery store is located within 5 minutes from the apartment, besides having multiple restaurants nearby. The street and surroundings were lively so it never felt unsafe and it was never too noisy in the apartment.
The apartment has a small kitchen which is helpful for preparing breakfast, but nothing too elaborate.
The AC in the bedroom was of tremendous help during summer as the apartment gets really hot (but an AC in the living room or a fan would also have been helpful).
We had already read all the other reviews of the place and were aware of some of the issues - everything confirmed during our stay:
1) the apartment is on the last floor (4th) with no elevator, so be ready for the climb
2) although we had clean towels & bedsheets, all the rest was somewhat “unhygienic” (cutlery was broken or not properly washed, toaster had so many crumbs underneath that smoke would come out with each use, all the soaps in the bathroom were watered down, stains on all the walls...)
3) when we arrived there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom - if you leave the door open or the fan on, it goes away
For the price we paid, we expected a bit more - mainly in Lisbon.

The location is the best! The apartment has everything you need. 4 people can fit in with no issues. Great AC, huge refrigerator, full kitchen.
If you are not doing well with stairs, request not to get the 4th level apartment - it's pretty challenging to climb up.

The location was superb. We liked the fact that everything is reachable on foot and even if we're in the middle of the city, the traffic noise was minimal. We enjoyed the live singing from the neighboring bar by just opening our windows. Just be ready to carry your luggages up since there is no elevator going to the fourth floor.

Location was very good.
The stairs were narrow and very steep, no elevator
The kitchen and bathroom didn’t have any heating. There was no space for outdoor shoes nor coats. There was only one place you could hang your clothes, the other bedroom had just a drawer. Only one bedside lamp, so only the other one could read in the evening/morning.

Location was perfect

Good location although not suitable for disabled people, fourth floor no lift.
Although It stated in the confirmation email that 10% of the price would be put in my credit card after my stay, that never happened. So still owed and waiting for my £20.11

I can't really fault this apartment, the 6 of us fully enjoyed our stay there and theres even a supermarket right round the corner which came in handy for breakfast and lunches in!
