Im originally from the neighborhood and brought my family and friends down to surprise them with my and my now husband getting married. The gouse was clean and beautiful. Had the perfect amount of space for 9 of us. Perfect location if youre going to be walking to the quarter everyday. Property management is very helpful. It was nice to be home and honestly felt at home in this rental.

We had a small family gathering of 8 people for Thanksgiving and this property was such a blessing! So conenient to the French Quarter. Be sure to visit Lil Dizzies while you’re there.
Everything was clean. the neighborhood was safe and friendly. Wayne and LaShonda were attentive and responsive.

This home was perfect for 8 friends spending time together. It was a nice walk to downtown. The home was very clean and accommodating. The owner was very easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience and we all agreed to stay at this same home if we ever go back.

This is a great spot for a group of friends to use as a staging ground to explore New Orleans. Mostly everything in the French Quarter as well as Frenchmen street and other nearby neighborhoods is easily walkable in 15-30 minutes. We never had an unsafe feeling around the apartment, it was a great neighborhood.
The apartment and bathroom was clean, but the showers did need a little TLC (rusty shower curtain rod, etc.). Fair warning, the upstairs shower is real small, but gets the job done. With regards to the number of guests, if coming with friends, I wouldn't recommend going above 8. There is really only 2 queen beds, the rest are either full or twins. You can fit 10 guests, but it'll be tight.
With all of that said, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. The hosts were super responsive and the location can't be beat. Would definitely stay again.

This property was very dirty upon arrival. The host was very great with communication. We stayed not even six hours in this place. The shower curtains has mold and mildew stains all on them. The home was beyond dusty. I had a couple of asthmatic family members there and begin to cough really bad and we didn’t know what was wrong until we did a complete tour of the house.
I don’t think this is a place anyone should be renting until this place is cleaned and upgraded. This listing need to be removed immediately.

We enjoyed this large home (actually half of a larger house) as a gathering place for our family of 3 adult children and their spouses. Although not fancy, it's very roomy and comfortable with everything we needed to relax together. The only kitchen appliance we used was the coffee maker, but the kitchen did appear to be adequately supplied for making meals and the dining table is more than adequate.
Perhaps the best thing is it's location on the northeast side of the Quarter and between the Esplanade and Louis Armstrong Park. We felt safe and secure at all times. It was also nice to sit together at the table in the backyard in the late afternoon and share our adventures of the day. Recommend especially for families.

Great location in the Treme. Close to the French Quarter. Property Manager, Jason was attentive and very responsive. Property is managed well, plenty of towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing goods. Great backyard as well.

Great stay and excellent location to bike to jazzfest, the French Quarter, and the Marigny area which I highly recommend. I also suggest checking out Little people's bar in the neighborhood for a little piece of history.

Overall, really enjoyed staying here. Host was very responsive, which we appreciated. Rooms were clean. Location was maybe 10 min walking to Bourbon St in quarter. There were four of us (guys) and we felt like the neighborhood was safe. There was some neighborhood activity that my buddies commented on. For example, a curb mechanic had set up shop right in front of the house. And one of the neighbors had a late-night cackling laugh that made the hair on our backs stand up straight. Clearly not the owners fault though. Consider it part of the Big Easy experience. Areas where we thought improvement could be had are 1) the showers. Both bathrooms had unpleasant showers. The worse of the two was the main bathroom downstairs. Showering in the bathroom claw tub was both icky and potentially dangerous. Water easily leaked beyond the curtains and onto the wood. It was hard to shower without the curtains clinging to you. Gross. The wood wall was in a state of partial rot next to the shower. Instead we opted for the upstairs shower which was better, but tiny and cramped. The host should definitely focus on replacing the downstairs shower with something more conventional. I would not stay here again, solely because the shower experience was not pleasant at all. The second area is there is a lot of dust accumulated on a number of the Venetian blinds. you can see this when the sun streams through (like the kitchen). It is a heavy layer, meaning nobody is noticing this. Also the upstairs fan vent has an equally ample layer of dust build up. Hate to be breathing this stuff! I think if these things were tended to on a regular basis we'd be giving this 5 stars instead of the 4 starts we all decided on.

We loved the location. It’s just a short walk from French quarter or a short Uber to other parts of the city. Neighborhood felt safe as well. House could use some updates such as kitchen utensils. My friends and I had a great time.

My group of 8 had an amazing time here! The house was in great shape and looked identical to the pictures. The rooms are all separated which was a concern of mine initially due to some of the comments. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor are separated by a thin wall but you do have some privacy. You walk the the sunroom to enter and leave the house so this may be problematic if you have someone sleeping there. The only small complaint I could have is the bed in the master bedroom is really small and there is no frame. It wasn’t all that comfortable but there was a couch that was fine. I slept in the bed and and my husband slept on the couch. Everything in the house was very clean and the fridge was stocked with water when we arrived. Overall the house was amazing and I would def stay there again!

NOLA - 50 is Nifty
The house was located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the French Quarter and Frenchman St. Everything we wanted to do was close in proximity. There were 7 women in the house and had no issues with the bathrooms. The kitchen had the basics, salt but no pepper, luckily the guys in the adjoining house were willing to share. There was only one gift bag for 7 women, pretty disappointed in the contents. There were also a couple of items in need of repair, but none of this kept us from having a good time!

Big House, but does not sleep 14 easily. With couches, it sleeps more like 10.

This was a beautiful home, there were some cracks in the floor and the bathrooms were a bit stuffy, but overall a good home to stay on.

Great property
There was a total of 7 girls who stayed here and we all slept comfortably. Sleeping 14 would be a stretch unless you have guests willing to sleep on fold out beds. The house is renovated modernly and decorated super cute. The bathroom situation is a little different- the downstairs full bathroom shower could use some work, and the upstairs shower is pretty small. Aside from that, the house is very clean and the layout is ideal for groups.
LaShonda was super attentive and catered to our every need. Our neighbors were confused by the property layout so someone kept ringing out doorbell and pacing back and forth on the patio and we were a little caught off guard since the neighborhood isn't the greatest so we called Lashonda and she said it may be our neighbors so she visited us and ensured we felt safe and it did end up being one of our neighbors staying in the other apartment next to us. He was under the impression that the entire house was their rental. Lashonda also allowed us to do early check in since our flight landed early. The check in process was a breeze!
We never walked to Bourbon because it is quite a walk and the neighborhood isn't the most ideal for 7 girls to walk through but it is a very cheap Uber ride to Bourbon/French Qtr. Overall, our group had a good time!

Very pleasant stay in Treme
The 1216 unit was beautifully decorated. The location was a short distance from the French Quarter, Superdome and other points of interest. Dizzy's for breakfast is a must but make sure to go early. Our group did not use the kitchen for much besides heating leftovers but everything is in working condition. There are a lot of beds in the unit, however some of them are convertible, just something to be mindful of if you are looking for "bedrooms." The common area was great for convening and there were plenty of clean sheets, wash cloths and towels to use. The property manager Lashonda was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a brief issue with the AC initially and she got a tech out right away to handle it.

Power went out when plugging in appliances upstairs.
The property looks just as pictured. The surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy. When the power went out the property manager went above and beyond to fix it. She was so attentive by replying quickly and very apologetic. I’d stay at this property again. We had an amazing vacation. This home is beautiful.
