Ocean Reef 203 boasts a king size bed in the master, queen in the second and twins in the third bedroom - plenty of room for everyone! With 180 TV channels, DVR recording, WIFI, or cabled internet you will have all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a large flat screen TV and a huge walk-in closet with a crib if needed for the little one. The master bath boasts of both a garden tub and a glass shower. Sit on the balcony and relax as your gaze upon the courtyard and pool area. Swim in the pool or enjoy the short walk to the beach boardwalk. Located next to several grocery stores and restaurants, you will be close to grab those needed items. Downtown and area attractions are a short drive from this centrally located beach condo. Your perfect vacation awaits!!! PET FEE NOT INCLUDED - please let us know if you are bringing a pet - $200 pet fee. Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees! ** Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, it does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!** Proof of Pet Liability Insurance Required By HOA The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

We enjoyed our time in St. Augustine. The condo was pretty clean and in good working order. Only a few oddities (like a some dirty clothes left in one of the nightstand drawers), but overall clean and worked very well for our family. The beds were comfortable and good furniture in the living room, and the full sized washer and dryer were great for keeping laundry clean and dry. The pool at the property was fun for the kids, but the pool area could use a little cleaning too (a couple of worrisome wasp nests at the seating area). Some days in the heat it seemed like a bit long walk across the boardwalk to the beach for the kids, but overall not really too bad and a wagon available in the condo that helps carry the beach stuff. Was surprised that 4WD cars can drive and park on the beach, but we did try that a couple of days ($10 a day) and it was something fun and different for getting all the beach stuff and family to the beach. The vehicle beach access is not far from the condo either. The Publix and Winn-Dixie are super close too! Lots of great restaurants close by. We contacted the mgmt company a couple of times during the week and they were very responsive and helpful. Overall a great family beach vacation and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you! One small improvement suggestion - more plates, bowls, and cups would be helpful for families who like to eat in a lot. Thanks again!

It was an easy-going experiance but the property was not as nice as they said . Pool was nasty the place needs some tlc and the walk to tte beach was way too much. I don't think we will stay there again

Great place to stay. Not to far from beach easy access Property wasn’t clean. Floor dirty. Animal hair on top of comforter in bedroom

Exactly what we were looking for! Location was ideal for our family of 4. With two kids, ages, 11 and 8, we could enjoy the beach, pool, restuarants on the island and were also a short ride to downtown. The Farmer's Market was a nice surprise too. Check in was super easy. The place was just as promised, clean and everything we needed. Nice balcony overlooking the pool too. We would definintely stay again!

Perfect Place for Family

Condo was clean with all the things you need. Beach is about a half mile walk and a twenty minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Pool was cleaned multiple times while we were there for the week. Neighbors were quite and pleasant. Many good places to eat just down the road.

We found everything clean and ready. The walk to the beach was not far but if you aren’t able to walk about 1/3 mile, this might be a barrier to getting to the ocean. The pool was really the only thing that was disappointing about this condo.

There was only one occasion when we weren't the only ones in the pool. The pool is smaller but was the perfect temperature. The furniture in the unit was probably the most comfortable I have ever had on vacation. The end units of the couch and love seat reclined, which was awesome. The tv is huge. Everything was in nice condition. I appreciated having a coffee maker, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking. The beach is about a five minute walk across the street. The unit had chairs for the beach as well as an umbrella, and a wagon for transporting everything to the beach which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this unit!

Beach Vacation

Wonderful relaxation
Perfect spot for family. Easy to get to anything you want to do in St Augustine. Short 5 minute walk to beach down a nice walkway. Love how roomy the unit was!

Beautiful Arrived just before Covid19 Property Manager A Joy To work with
Footnote I arrived at the Beginning of Covid19 and needed to stay briefly to get back to Canada.
Property Manager was attentive and worked to help me in a thoughtful manner in relation to getting some resources back. Quick to respond and insightful.
Unit warm and inviting with very comfortable furniture and beds. Wish we could have stayed the full time. Unit was big enough to hold 5 of us ranging in range from 10 to 49 easily without feeling cramped. Bright, airy, warm! We would loved to come back.
One room has two singles, another a double and we rested in a wonderful king sized bed in a spacious room that had a crib tucked away in a very large closet should you need it.
We enjoyed the balcony and ate our bk and dinner outside.
Pool was warm and not overly busy. Wonderful and relaxing.
Beach was less then 5 minute walk. Beautiful beach nearby.
Grocerystore you could easily walk to and on the way home you can pick up Starbucks.
Cost - Rental price was very fair . For what you get during a Canadian march break I could not believe how fair the price was.
Wonderful location, Great property! This property is well worth a look. I cannot believe I'm giving 5 stars all the way around. I never do that as I'm very picky about where we stay.

Beautiful family friendly condo
This property was so amazing. It was very family friendly with a high chair, full size crib, beach and pool toys all provided. The condo was clean and the neighbors were friendly. Loved our stay!

Nice, very roomy and quiet place near the beach
We are from MD and visit Saint Augustine every summer (for the past 16 years) and we stayed here the first two weeks of August 2019 and were very comfortable. The condo was very roomy, clean, and perfect for 5-6 people. My 21-year old son loved the large tv for his video games and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. It was a quiet time of year in Saint Augustine, so there were no crowds on the beach and we practically had the condo pool to ourselves, which was wonderful. The beach access was across the street and over a long boardwalk, but I found it charming (and the wagon at the condo helped my mother and me tremendously to carry all our beach gear). However, my husband and son's sandals that they left at the end of the walk on the beach were taken while they were in the ocean, so I would recommend not leaving your shoes there or at least concealing them. We did love the close proximity to our favorite restaurants (Mango Mangos, Choc Mool, Burrito Works) and to Publix. And we were charmed by Licorice, the parking lot kitty :) It was a great and relaxing vacation and Endless Summer was again a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Vacation 2019
This condo was perfect for our family of two adults four young children and a teen. Everything was so clean and we had plenty of towels and dishes. It was close to grocery store and restaurants. It was a bit of a walk to the beach with small kids and all the beach stuff. Overall it was a perfect vacation.

St Augustine Beach
Great location with easy access across the street from the beach. Very nice open floor plan, plenty of seating at kitchen counter and dining room table. Living room reclining sofa & love seat very comfortable, nice size flat screen in both LR & master. Kitchen equipped with all necessities. Patio furniture on balcony just right. Upgrading the bed linens would a plus. The cooling system was tricky and there were no parking passes left nor was there a key for the front door. Aside from those deficiencies from the management company, the stay was great and would stay here again!

Family vacation to the beach
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Perfect for four adults and two kids. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes. The wagon and beach toys already there were perfect. Along with high chair and if you don’t want to bring a pack and play they had a crib in the master bedroom closet. Short 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and local grocery just down the street. I couldn’t give a 5 review because we found the king bed in the master to be uncomfortable, pool was very dirty and not heated. There were also ant hills everywhere. When booking VRBO website said checkout time would be at 11am, but on arrival in the condo binder checkout was 10am. I recommend bringing trash bags and toilet paper, minimal amount given, we ran out of both and took several hours for them to bring more.

Condo was comfortable,but instructions only how to operate shower in guest bath would have been helpful. Carpets are old and need replacing,as well as shades on living room slider.

COULD HAVE STAYED FOREVER!
From check in to check out, the experience was perfect. Even before arrival, the owner/management company was quick to respond to any questions I had. They were very pleasant to work with, which set the tone for a great trip. The condo was well appointed and very clean! The assigned parking, pool view, and elevator were also great benefits. We cooked often during our stay and always had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beautiful boardwalk to the beach was a true pleasure and the beach itself is one of the cleanest, most pristine beaches in Florida. Bonus...we rented bicycles from the owner's son which made quick work of the trip to the beach for the kids! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were in the area for a temporary job and found it to be a great place. Didn't get to enjoy the pool and beach much because of work obligations but found it a quiet and safe place. Recommend it to others.

Very nice property
The property was very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the wagon, umbrella, chairs, and beach toys they had on the property. We have 5 boys, and that made it much easier to get to the beach and back. You do have to cross a street to get to the beach, but there is a wooden board walk to the beach that made it easy to roll our 5 year old and other paraphernalia in the wagon to and from the beach. We went to the beach everyday, and the pool at least 5 times during our stay. The patio was also nice and the table easily sat 4. I had my kids eat lunches on it to save on clean up time. There was a nice large TV in the master bedroom and the living room. My kids brought their wii U and easily hooked it up the TV. The wifi was also easy to use. The living room and master room were fairly large and they had a crib, high chair, and booster seat in the large, walk-in closet in the master room. It would be perfect for those families with a baby/toddler. I do wish they had a better vacuum. The dining room table is on carpet, so I needed to vacuum the area after meals. The old machine they had was difficult to use. They also didn't provide a mop; therefore we had to mop the kitchen by hand with a towel. There are seven of us, so we got it done quickly, but still, I could have used a mop. They did provide many grocery "staples", such as coffee and sugar. It was great to be able to have a cup of coffee on arrival without going to the store. I was able to cook meals every night, including steaks, pancakes, etc, so the pots and pans provided were sufficient. There were also casserole dishes for those who like to bake. There were plenty of towels and linens for all seven of us, although we did bring our own beach towels. I found the bathrooms to be clean (pet peeve of mine...really picky about bathrooms). The outside of the refrigerator needed cleaning, but other than that the kitchen was pretty clean, too (clean kitchens are another penchant of mine). Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. Unfortunately, they won't let me give it a 4.5, so I had to give it 4 stars because of the lack of vacuum and mop.
