This listing is perfect for families visiting the Raystown Lake area. The home is located just three miles from the Seven Points Recreation Area, offering easy access to boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, dining, camping, and biking on the Allegrippis Trails.
The house features two bedrooms and one full bath, including an updated Bath Fitter tub/shower with sturdy safety bars. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers twin bunk beds plus an additional twin bed.
We strive to provide a family-friendly environment. While we certainly appreciate a relaxing evening around the campfire, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. If your plans include late-night entertaining with outside guests, we kindly ask that you consider other accommodations. While neighbors are few and far between, we value and respect those nearby.
The home is fully carpeted and offers ample parking for boats, along with plenty of space for kids to run and play. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the basement; however, please note that the basement is not considered living space.
Although you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting just five minutes from the lake, you’re also conveniently located near local attractions—only seven miles from shopping and dining in Huntingdon, eight miles from Juniata College, thirty-five miles from Altoona, and forty miles from Penn State University.
Our property also features a charming cottage located just across the driveway—ideal for extended family or friends who want to stay nearby while enjoying their own space. The cottage accommodates up to four guests (VRBO #1028372). Please note that each home is rented separately, so check availability for both if planning a group stay.

This house had the cutest cabin feel, and was so clean! We really just needed a place to sleep for a couple nights, but wish we could have spent a little more time because it was so peaceful there. The communication and responsiveness was so quick, too!

Our family totally enjoyed our stay here! Location was just minutes away from my family member who has a camp at Raystown (which was a plus!).The home was so clean and easily accessible for us and so comfortable. Contained anything and everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Property is beautiful and quiet. Will return again, if able!

We stayed at Tim’s place while visiting the Raystown area. It has great proximity to the Susquehannock campground and Five points Marina. Check in was easy and place was well stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. Space felt much larger than the pictures present. Would stay again if we visited area again, would highly recommend
