Randy's place was super clean and had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation. The garage is loaded with bikes, carts and beach accessories, so we never had to buy a thing. We walked to the beach in about 10 minutes with a cart filled with beach essentials. Super easy. Just about every restaurant and shop is within an easy 5-10 minute walk from the house, so the location was perfect. We only used the car once, so you can definitely skip the rental car. I fished in the canal later in the afternoons while the wife took advantage of the pool. Everything was right there for us and we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Randy! We'll be back. My husband and I spent a week here with our toddler. This home is fantastic! Great location to walk to restaurants, coffee, and beach. Our rental car sat in the driveway all week- you don’t need a car here. Home is well appointed with everything you could need and even has bikes in the garage to use. We hope to rent here again! Thank you Randy!

Randy's house was super equipped, clean and in a great location. Literally, great pizza and icecream in view from the driveway and the beach was an easy peasy walk. Everything we needed was included and the hot tub and pool were wonderful at night! Would definitely recommend.

Easy and convenient-Randy is great!!

This is a well-appointed home with lots of extras. We loved being within a 5 minute walk of the village and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The house is comfortable, being on the canal with a kayak and paddle boards was a lot of fun, and the extra beach toys and bikes were a bonus. We also enjoyed the giant Jenga! We had an issue with the hot tub, but Randy responded quickly and fixed the problem right away. We have been to many properties in Siesta Key over the years, and this is definitely our favorite!

We highly recommend this home. It was super clean and well organized. Truly, it had all the amenities we could think of and more. The location is excellent for walking to the beach. And the pool area made for a fun, relaxing place to hang out, too. The kitchen and grill were excellent for cooking in. But when we didn’t feel like making our own dinner, so many restaurants were an easy walk away. We’d love to book this home again, and again, we recommend highly.

Very clean. Close to village. Being on the canal worked perfect for renting a boat. Bikes and all the beach gear you need was available to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Randy was very helpful and accurate with his listing. The place is wonderful and our family had a great time. His house is close enough to the exciting village to walk but far enough where you can have some peace away from the crowds.

This house was everything we had hoped it would be. Love the extras that the host provides - numerous bikes, pool/beach toys, etc. The location is PERFECT and the house has everything the pictures show it has. My son caught a few nice-sized fish in the canal behind the house, which was an exciting bonus. He caught one off the bank and one in the provided kayak. So bring your fishing poles if you care to enjoy some fishing in your back yard. The kitchen is well equipped including a crockpot (thank you!) and even an electric griddle. The kitchen is so enjoyable to prepare meals. The King bed in the master is super comfortable and the master bath was excellent as well. The Host was extremely responsive in communication and very understanding and reasonable with an item that we needed to replace. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for upscale space, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort for their Siesta Key vacation.

The property is in the perfect location to enjoy your stay, stress-free! You can literally walk steps to get to all the local restaurants and the beautiful beach is just a short bike-ride away; and the bikes are provided with your stay. The house is gorgeous and clean, and the pool is a relaxing oasis when you want to cool down from a day at the beach. The outdoor shower is amazing! If you want the perfect Siesta Key vacation, look no further, this house is the place!

There are not enough great things to say about Randy and his house! Randy is so great with communication. He answered all the questions we had and always responded quickly. When we arrived at the home we were truly impressed! The home is spacious and has everything you need! You really only need to bring yourself! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to get ice cream daily. We tried every place on the strip. Big Olaf was the winner if anyone is wondering! Not only was the location great the home is on a canal. We brought our boat and had plenty of room to park our vehicles as well as a 40' trailer. The very best part was being able to bike to the beach daily! Randy has a garage full of bikes and a cart to tow behind. This really was the best vacation we have taken as a family. We will definitely be back!
