Escape to Nature in Our Renovated Cabin Retreat – Dahlonega Foothills
Unwind in our beautifully renovated cabin, nestled in the tranquil foothills of Dahlonega, just below the start of the Appalachian Trail. Located on a private road with no through traffic, the cabin sits on over an acre of serene, wooded land, complete with mature trees, a spring-fed pond, and a gently babbling creek—your perfect mountain getaway.
Inside, the spacious great room boasts soaring 16-foot vaulted pine ceilings and a cozy living area with a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with cable, and comfortable seating for 4–6 guests. The dining area features a table for six and opens through French doors to a covered porch with a BBQ grill—ideal for indoor-outdoor dining.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes marble countertops, a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. It’s stocked with all the essentials: cookware, dishes, glassware, a coffee maker, basic spices, and more—everything you need to cook and entertain with ease.
The main-level master bedroom offers a king-size bed with a new mattress and linens, smart TV, and private French doors leading to a secluded porch with rocking chairs—perfect for morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, double-sink vanity, full closet, and a laundry closet for your convenience.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, a cozy reading nook, and its own private en-suite bathroom—ideal for families or couples traveling together.
Outside, relax by the fire pit next to the pond, toast marshmallows under the stars, or sway in the hammock by the creek. Very well maintained cabin/property with all the amenities you can possibly imagine.Secluded but not to secluded so you can enjoy your privacy but only a short drive from all your convenience.. highly highly recommended place, looking forward to return

No complaints except I suggest a better sofa. Otherwise we love this cabin and hope to be back next year this time. Spotless and beautiful!

Great location, close to Dahlonega and wineries and hiking. Very quiet property with creek running through it close to the cabinand frog pond. Fully equipped kitchen and everything you need. Nice interiors and furnishings with the “cabin in the woods“ feeling you want when you’re in the mountains.

all was well, as e,x[pected. super place to relax. i caugh nice bass as soon as my line hit the water, i caught and released. the weather was nice with a good rain near leaving. we will be back for sure. no complaints. s. howell
