Would not stay here, despite the good location.

Location is quite good

The mattresses are in quite a bad state, we could not sleep well. And there is a heavy mold smell at the house, upon contacting the facility owners they did something to remove the smell for a day but it returned the following day.

Best place to stay in Lisbon

The apartment has the best location. You can take the famous tram number 28 as you walk out,the funicular is in 300 meters,Baixa Chiado and Rossio stations just 10 minutes walk. The view was amazing,the trams,the church (you can hear the bells),beautiful pink sky during sunset (we had booked the two bedroom apartment). The kitchen was spacious and with all necessary equipment. Communication with the staff was great.They were very helpful. And check in process was easy. I will definitely book the same apartment for my next trip to Lisbon.

Excelente ubicación y apartamento limpio y bonito.

Súper céntrico, con una tienda abierta hasta las 12h de la noche para cualquier necesidad.

El dormitorio tiene un cristal que deja pasar la luz cuando se abren las contraventanas del salón. No es ideal pero mejor madrugar para disfrutar Lisboa.

Great stay

The host is friendly and courteous, he responded very quickly to our questions. The apartment is in an excellent location and everything be reached quickly on foot (tram station nearby). There were three of us and we had more than enough space, towels etc.

The wifi connection was sometimes very slow

Stylish apartments with great view and location

Great location, stylish apartments, absence if musty smell, that is usual for most apartments in Portugal

There was no cleaning through our weekly stay, that would be great to have it included in case of long stays. There was also an issue with blanket, as we asked for such as we were staying in cold period of time. That wasn’t provided, only additional pack of bedding set, that was not equal. We also had to ask for more garbage bags and toilet paper, that should's be an issue in case of few-days stay, bylutvwe were staying for 7 days, would be better to have that taken in account.

Beds were not comfortable sewer smell in the kitchen right next to the 28 Tram and all the noise from the street comes into the apartment

Exceptional

This is a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment at a prime location in Lisbon. The equipment is truly outstanding -- WiFi, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, vacuum cleaner, ironing board -- everything is there! Absolutely outstanding!

No complaints at all.

Noisy as on the tram line but easy to get everywhere bit of a smell in bathroom but pleasant stay

Good location and hosts easy and quick to communicate us, kitchen had everything you could need and everything was clean and neat!

sleeper couch didnt come with anything - no blankets, no pillows. had to use the pillows off the main bed and the little blanket off the main bed used the spare sheet in the cupboard as the sheet.

Passable

The location of the apartment was good, very close to the key areas and restaurants in Lisbon. It was a beautiful apartment with some lovely period features and the Sofa was comfortable, there was a dishwasher too but being only two of us we didn't need to use it during our stay. We had several issues, and each time the landlord whatsapped us back straight away but nothing was resolved.

There were no keys for the building or the apartment, just a key pad, which would be fine, if the keypad worked every time. Sometimes we were having to put the code in 10 times to get it to work. So that was quite annoying. The bathroom smelt of drains/sewage. It was so bad that we just had to leave the extractor fan on sometimes. I did tell the landlord immediately, but they presumably know about it (because there was an awful pungent air fragrance thing in there) and can't do anything about it. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were awful, might as well sleep on candyfloss. They went to nothing when lying on them. Some parts of the stairwell smelt of urine a couple of times when walking up to the apartment, and whoever was in the flat above enjoyed stomping up and down their room (my assumption is they don't want apartments in their building let out on Booking.com and were trying to be disruptive because no one walks up and down an apartment 20 times in a row stomping that hard on the floor). It was really annoying as we were trying to work. All in all comparing this at a cost of £120 per night to staying at a hotel nearby that we moved to for the same price per night...I'd definitely choose the hotel over this!

The apartment is great, however the second room is very small, there were no sheets for the quilts that were in the closet, the sheets were not clean... It was impossible to turn on the air conditioner because the batteries were old and leaking inside. However, it is important to note that I did not report this to the owner of the apartment. Beyond that, the apartment is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped from the coffee maker to the oven and a washing machine, iron, hair dryer. And the location is excellent

should check things like batteries in the remote control, that the air conditioner is working, you should have an extra set of bed linen, and maybe an extra set of towels

Spacious room and clean

Location is very good.the room itself is beautiful.clean its complete lime home.2 bedroom.sitting room,kitchen/dining and the shower unit are complete.

Arrival,we arrived pooring rain.as its my first time to stay in apartment.im expecting to have sign in the door at least but no sign.the combination in the door did not work therefore we called and by the time we got the correct combination we are soaking wet outside in street.but as soon as we get in side is very good.

Loved all of the amenities this apartment had to offer. Close to shopping, cafes, and transportation.

The apartment was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Communication with host was easy and very accommodating with us.

we had to carry heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs since we were leaving Lisbon on a transatlantic voyage.

Perfect location

Perfect location. Of course a bit noisy but a perfect spot for for tram photos. And so many restaurants around. Tip: After a day walking; just 150 mtr in the same street you find the Portugese restaurant Principi do Calhariz. Very excellent Portugese food and character.

Fab apartment in great location in Lisbon

Bright and airy apartment with large living room and kitchen. we stayed in Lisbon for 9 nights and was perfect for us. In a great location with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby, also on the 28e tram line. could not recommend this place enough! Ricardo who manages the property is great at communicating too throughout our stay

The drains in the bathroom are very smelly which was quite off putting but am sure can be easily resolved. The flat could have also done with a few extra towels too. Otherwise perfect!

Needs improvement unfortunately for the price I wouldn’t stay there again.

beautiful place overall great location, the owner was nice and we felt safe aside from the front door of the complex not locking.

front door of the complex didn’t lock (ever), the sofa bed was dirty, the owner called us multiple times to ask us for him to come into the apartment while we were away to put something in for the next guests (we were leaving in 2 days). While we do appreciate him asking us before coming into the apartment we feel since we still had days to stay we felt this could’ve waiting until the day we left or a day before. The apartment had a loud buzzing and knocking noise that would not stop and wake us up at night. there was no explanation or way to shut it off. There’s outdoor noise but that’s common in that area and wasn’t a problem for us but it’s something to note.

Comfortable and lovely apartment, I would recommend it

The apartment was fresh and airy. We didn’t feel too warm even though it’s summer. Plenty of space for 5-6 people, with well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very central location with lots of things going on in the neighbourhood.

It can be loud on the streets, but that’s normal for being in the city center.

The apartment is extremly loud. At night it’s impossible to sleep. With closed windows You feel like in the disco.

Perfect location for sight seeing

Spacious. Full kitchen including washing machine. Great location. The manager had good and quick communication.

It was a bit stuffy would have been nice if there were a fan or two inside to circulate the air.

Cute apartment in the heart of Bairro Alto

Spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. 3 rooms: Bedroom, office, living room with sofa bed. Newly renovated. Close to everything

It is an older building, some musky smell. No elevator; you have to lug your bags for 2 narrow floors.

Good

Beautiful high ceilings, lovely bed, practical sofa bed in the lounge, huge kitchen with everything you need however I doubt that anyone would use it as eating out in Lisbon is so easy I would have made the lounge into the main bedroom, as this would’ve been much nicer than the poky bedroom

The one drawback is the street outside is pretty noisy as it’s a main road and has a tram going by all day/evening
