This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo had gorgeous view of Gulf and was tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. The washer was broken but the rental agent communicated with me.

The condo was perfect for my family. The views from the Master Bedroom were breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay and would be willing to book this condo again!

Spacious and clean condo with great view. Surprised that beach service wasn't included in price of condo but reservation for beach service worked well. Strongly suggest purchase of additional luggage carts for condo as the 4 I saw were not nearly enough for the size of the building.

This was our first trip to Destin and I was worried about choosing a condo since there are some many to choose from. I was so happy that I choose Jade East 620. It was perfect for the 6 of us. The owner/manager was wonderful to work with. I will definitely return when we go back with a group.

The condo is gorgeous. It has a beautiful balcony with awesome beach views. The place is spacious with three bed/bath suites which easily accommodated six adults. The check-in was clear and simple, and the communication with property management was quick and reliable. The property has secure gated parking. I’d stay here again!

Views where great and condo was ok but not worth the money. Phone svc was very poor and Wi-Fi is shared with whole building so streaming of any kind isn’t happening. Beach service puts the paid chairs and umbrellas so close to the water that unless you pay you can’t even sit near the water. Maybe include beach seating in the price. But to pay over 4k and then not even get a shore spot definitely will keep me from staying here again.

absolutely fantastic location and condo !!!! one of the very very best we have ever had !!!! everything was perfect !! the air conditioning is amazing !!! ( very important in florida) the view from the balcony is just outstanding, we saw dolphins every day, just incredible !!! the beds are the best we ever slept in on vacation !! none of us woke up in pain from a too soft mattress. everything was extremely clean and any questions we had were immediately answered by dreamshores vacations !!! highly highly recommend, you will not be disappointed !!!!

This Destin Beach condo was perfect for our small family! It is large, spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation on the beach! We LOVED the view (6th floor was absolutely ideal for us…not too high, not too low). We loved the accessibility to the pool and the beach. The pool was nice and warm and clean. We would definitely return to this exact condo! Highly recommend!

Very beautiful unit, spacious & great view. One thing I would update is kitchen. Update the serving pieces, etc. - also more than 2 garbage bags & one dishwasher packet would be helpful.

Five adults were very comfortable in this beautiful condo. The gulf view from the balcony was breathtaking. Accommodations were above standard. We truly enjoyed our time there ! Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken, parking was a nightmare because of blacktopping, and people above us did a lot of banging. But, we still enjoyed ourselves!

This condo is terrific! The view is perfect and we loved our stay! The only issue was running out of hot water multiple times during the stay.

This place was great. The beds were super comfortable, the space was perfect and exactly like the pictures. This was the perfect location for the beach and we loved the view from the condo. We saw dolphins from the balcony. We want to go back!

From the location in Destin, to the furnishing of the condo, along with the ocean front views I recommend this condo 100%! During our ten day stay, there were five adults who stayed in the condo. Everyone was very comfy as all had plenty of room to relax thanks to the three king beds this condo offers. We were presently surprised with the walk in closet with a dresser in the master bathroom. Also, in the master bathroom there is a double sink vanity, private toilet room, large shower and a jetted tub. The tub was a bit tricky to get into, but very enjoyable. Water pressure in this condo is strong and the hot water is very hot! The two other bathrooms have small vanities with a tub/shower feature. There were plenty of towels in all bathrooms too, but there are only towel bars to hang the towels. One staying in this condo might consider bringing removable command towel hooks. The pictures of the condo are spot on with the furniture, except now there are two outdoor sofas on the balcony. We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony while enjoying the glorious ocean front views. The sofas in the living room were very comfy too. All TV’s in the condo have good picture qualities too. I highly recommend bringing a firestick for better TV channel selection. The kitchen had ample amounts of plates, glasses, serving bowls, cutting boards and small kitchen tools. Items you might want to bring for a stay are: a skillet, cookie sheets, pots and pans, depending on your cooking needs, a griddle, sharp knives and extra silverware or plasticware. There is a small George Forman grill we used to cook bacon and sausage. In the kitchen there is a small pantry where a trash can is stored. We enjoyed using the pantry for storage as it helped keep the kitchen less cluttered. One last thing, if you have a lot of devices to charge and want them in one place, bring power strips. For beach access, we really liked that the walk across the sugar white sand to the water is relatively short. The pool area is super nice too, all very private with adequate seating around the pool. The great location of Jade East is almost right across from Chic-fil-a and so close to other stores such as Winn Dixie, Target, Wal-Mart, Publix, and Destin Commons. Thanks so much to the owner of the unit we rented from at JE for making our beach vacation a memorable one! It felt like home for our ten day stay! We hope to visit the Destin area again next year and plan to stay at a Jade East condo.

Had a great family family Thanksgiving get a way! Enjoyed every minute!

Easy to book and Affordable rates Alexa feature was a great addition and made check out so easy. Unit did not have pot holders, doors to balcony had a suction issue so the wind caused a whistle in the unit, master bathroom could use some non slip grippers in the shower, and make note that whomever sleeps in the room closest to the door will be awakened by the garbage man around 6 a.m. Advise bringing a box fan to drown that noise out.

Beautiful and spacious condo that offers a spectacular view of the beautiful Destin Beach. The three bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were perfect for my stay with family and friends. The proximity to shopping and dining venues was so convenient. I will definitely book this condo again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and family-friendly home away from home.

Loved everything about the place, clean, updated, great location. The only very minor con is that it did supply hangers and there was not enough room for our clothes. but we survived, lol. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Our family was extremely impressed with everything! Our property manager was great, friendly, and knowledgeable. The cleanliness was top notch. The condo was beautiful itself. My only complaint is that the kitchen needs frying pans but we made do. I would definitely rent again! We were beyond blessed.

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect. I would stay in the same condo again. It is a little hard to get out of the parking lot due to the traffic but that is the only complaint.

Breathtaking view of the beach. I only have a few negatives… The plugs in the bedroom did not seem to work so there are extension cords ran around the floor. There were absolutely no hangers in the master bedroom there were a few in the other two bedrooms but those families used those. Not really a big deal but I usually expect to see at least 10. There was a major hiccup on hang tags for the parking lot. I was out of work a week before we took our trip so I did not get the email that I was supposed to print them from. I had them resend the email several times but the attachment never came through. I got a green toe sticker on my car several times until finally someone at the property just gave us hangtags. That was very frustrating until it was solved but other than that everything was great. The view from the bedroom and the living room is absolutely gorgeous. I love the corner windows! I would definitely go back to this property again. Would love to see the plug-ins fixed next time though. :)

Perfect location. Nice condo.

We really loved this property. It was very clean and spacious with a wonderful view. I can’t say a single negative thing except I wished there was a broom or something. There was a lot of sand from the beach and we had no way to clean it up and I felt really bad about the sand on the floors.

Large three bedroom condo on the beach, with a breathtaking view. Every thing went smoothly and worked perfectly.

I don't have any major complaints about our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured. The pool was nice, well and maintained properly.

Overall the listing was great. The only complaints I have are that the place feels dated, and I don’t mean the furniture. Outlets need work as plugs don’t stay in well, and the place needs a lot of work with regards to chipping paint and extension cords.
