Double vanity sinks, and a large walk-in closet will provide additional wardrobe space, so bring plenty of comfortable clothes! Complementary Beach Chairs are included with this vacation rental from March 15th - October 31st. I almost want to keep this condo unit a secret… lol
I felt this unit was perfect for what I was looking for. It was conveniently located right next to the elevators but you could not hear anything. The unit was very clean and the master bath was very nice. You cannot go wrong with this unit for a couple. I will definitely be back!!!

This condo is one of the best locations and best units we have ever stayed in. Very clean and updated. Such a great view. The owners went above and beyond to provide extras that others do not. They called to check in and make sure every was acceptable and left their contact information if we needed anything. The feeling of luxury at a reasonable price in paradise!

The condo was very nice. The ice maker didn’t work. The property manager tried to fix it but couldn’t fix it.
Overall it was great. It was nice having the chairs at the beach for the whole week. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed the condo. No real complaints. The coffee and water was very much appreciated, we had no problem sleeping. The high floor kept us away from any noise. The condo is conveniently located right beside the elevators but we never heard them or any other noise. Only small suggestion I would make is have some salt and pepper in the S&P shakers.

We had a really great time at this condo! It was super clean, very convenient to the elevators and walking distance (across the street) to pier park! Didn’t even need to rent a car it was so close! Updated condo that I will definitely be staying at again!

The view was definitely the best part. The condo was very clean. The location was very good. Easy walk to Pier Park. The only grumble I would say is that the 2 beach chairs that come with the stay was aggravating. When you check in you're suppose to have the same chairs throughout your stay, per the guys working the chairs. However, every day they put us in different chairs only to move us when someone else showed up. It was very annoying and took away from the relaxed feel we were looking for at the beach. Other than that, the condo was wonderful!

My husband and I were in town for the Ironman, and this worked out perfect for us! The location allowed us to easily walk back and forth from the room to Pier Park for shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony, and spent much of our time out there. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed to cook, so that was a huge plus for us. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, and would book again if we come back for another event!

I would not think of staying anywhere else in Panama City Beach. Calypso 1405 is beautiful, clean, new furniture and appliances with a great view of the gulf from the balcony. I have been staying here for the last twelve years. Location is adjacent from Pier Park, great restaurants. Looking forward to the next beach trip.

Property was just as pictured. The view was exquisite! It was so quiet and I never heard any of my neighbors. The bed was comfortable (so many pillows!) and the washer/dryer were so convenient to have.
The pool attendants were so nice and the parking garage attendants were always so friendly.

Rules at pool and beach rediculous
Property was great, but 100% of the guests I spoke with agree the rules make us not want to return. The hoa apparently wants to suck the relaxing out of everyone’s vacation.
Ive never stayed somewhere that you can’t sit with feet in pool with a beer. No drinks whatsoever near pool. They claim the pool would close for 24 hours if a beer spilled in it. Now never mind worrying about urine, swim diapers leaking etc, but half a beer would just be a travesty. People who visit public pools already accept risk with that. But a beer? On top of that, there were only about 30 chairs at one pool for 23 floors of guests. ??? Are you kidding? The first day I was there I was asked to move from sitting with feet in water to go sit on the hot concrete because I had a 15$ cocktail I bought at their tiki hut and there were no chairs. One more thing- no rafts in pool. So just laying on a raft in corner of pool out of everyone’s way is not allowed. NOw I would understand if there were 40 people with rafts and all wanted in at the same time. But at the pool on average there was 1 person wanting to put a raft in. Then there’s the beach set up. Who agreed to let people set up tents in front of all the umbrella and chairs? That is if you got one, even if came with your condo, you have to be down at beach by 8 am every morning to claim it. In all my 49 years, I’ve never seen a resort with these restrictions. NEVER. So for that reason I will not return. Condo was clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about there.

Our experience at 1405 E Calypso was perfect from start to finish. This unit is GORGEOUS. Sorry for the all caps but it really is beautifully decorated. Not only is it beautifully decorated, but it was completely spotless (I'm super picky about cleanliness). The bed was very comfortable, the towels were fluffy, even provided a specific very nice black makeup towel, wipes, and a collection of soaps for our stay. Truly like a luxury hotel feel. The appliances are top notch and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you might need. Will definitely book this unit again in the future!

We loved this unit and the location. Everything was perfect! The unit is spotless and tastefully decorated. Loved the view from the balcony. The Calypso building was nice…pools very nice and great to have umbrella and beach chairs with the unit. Would definitely stay here again!
