About this cottage rental
Welcome to the Cocoa Cottage, one of the original Milton Hershey homes, built for chocolate factory staff in the late 1920's. The cottage is situated in the heart of downtown Hershey, where on any given day the scent of chocolate fills the air! It is nestled within one block of the Best Restaurants, Cafes, Hershey's Live Theater, Parks, Italian Market and even Zoo America! The Cottage boasts the best seats in town for all fireworks celebrations on New Years Eve and the Fourth of July!
During the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day your family can enjoy a private salt water in-ground swimming pool, gas grill and deck with a view of Hershey Park's rollercoasters! This house is available year round for a family vacation, reunions or a cozy get-away. Monthly rentals are available if you're here on business or relocating.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds with TV/DVD players. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. If you need an additional bed there is a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All you need to do is pack your suitcase!

Our family of 5 adults (3 who are late teen and early 20s "kids") spent a week at the Cocoa Cottage for a dance competition. The house is centrally located just 5 minutes drive from the convention center and 5 minutes drive from the park. We walked to several of the nearby restaurants for dinners. There was plenty of space, everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. We had two cars and there was ample parking. The house is in a cute neighborhood and felt very safe. It's an older home, but very charming. The host reached out to make sure everyone was ok, which we appreciated even though we didn't need anything!

Year after year we look forward to our weekend in Hershey. Such a great house to relax in and around. Great corner grocery at Pronio’s, Jean Marie across the street with her home made pasta and Fenicci’s in the back yard for a full sit down experience.

This was an amazing property in the heart of downtown Hershey. Most of our time at the home was spent on the back covered deck overlooking the pool. We would love to stay here again when in the area.
