The ski in/ski out is fabulous plus a 1/2 mile walk into town is awesome! A few issues that were encountered such as poor flushing toilets, fireplace didn’t work (didn’t work 2 years ago when we stayed there either), very cold bedrooms and ceiling fan in loft was so dusty you couldn’t use it. Again, the location is key with this one!

It worked my family and I. We slept well and enjoyed the apt

Everything good, but there were a couple of maintenance things to be fixed

Great location, amazing trip. Across the street from the snowflake light and minutes walking to downtown. Plenty of space. However, the cleanliness was poor. Price relative to equivalent condos in the area was more than fair.

Good but needs some minor maintenance work
Good location. Fairly spacious. The one complaint we had was a minor state of disrepair. But I think this could be normal after a busy rental season. For example, the carpet had many stains and one bathroom wall had been repaired but not painted.
Honestly though, none of these really affected our enjoyment.

Ski week
Perfect location. Easy check in. Not the most clean, beds are not comfortable, sink is about to break.
Could definitely use some updates, but is a great location for skiing.

Stayed at Tyra ll many times. Location is awesome, but this time none of the TVs in the bedrooms worked. Call management to see about getting them working. took a day to get someone there and when he left nothing had been fixed. Small inconvenience but for the double I payed compared to the many other times staying there, in should have been fixed.

Very good location. Ski lift a short walk down the street, easily done with ski gear on. Ski in from nearby trail. Rooms clean and well furnished.

The location was amazing! Right across from the snowflake lift. The condo is well used as the carpet seemed like a good cleaning was needed. But too be expected with people trekking in snow. We had a great time!!

Perfect Location/Condo Needs Updating
This condo is in an ideal location and is well set up for a fairly large group. It has easy access to the mountain.
The check in process wasn't ideal because the key wasn't in the lock box but under the mat. (I would have thought that the cleaners would have ensured that the key was in the right place.)
There are a number of small things that could be addressed. First the faucet in the kitchen is loose and barely works. Second, one of the smoke detectors was missing batteries (this is probably something that should be checked at every turnover). I don't want to make too much of these issues because we could have just called the property manager and didn't feel like but the point is for a place like this these kinds of things should be done. Finally, for a place like this the kitchen had substandard equipment. There were probably 3-4 toasters in various cabinets but not a single decent knife. (I own a rental property and don't rent it out with my good knives but do try to provide something decent.) There weren't enough glasses or the right kinds. There were probably a half dozen tumblers but no rocks glasses or wine glasses. When relatives came to visit we drank wine out of coffee mugs.
All that said, it's a great place in a great spot and if I knew these issues were addressed, I would absolutely rent again. Thanks.

Pros: Location. Roomy. Ground Level entry. Outside Hot Tub. Mountain stream right outside the window.
Cons: Carpet, Shower, Deck, Furniture, Mattress pads were filthy. These items were broken when we arrived - Master shower was non-functional, could not open deck door, 2nd shower drain was very slow drain, love seat leg was broken and replaced with an actual rock, stove top knob was broken leaving only 2 burners working, trim on bunk bed room popped off, several windows didn't open, multiple outlets were non-functional. Kitchen knives were very dull. Basic kitchen supplies were lacking (hot pads, drink pitcher, kitchen towels, dish cloth).
Property management did bring kitchen towels and fixed the master shower within the first 3 days.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge and liked the convenience of the property location. Just be aware this is not a 4.5 star property.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There was room for everyone and everything worked but the fireplace. We were located across the street from the Snowflake ski lift and could ski in and ski out after snowstorm. Condo was well designed for our family of ten. The only negative was that some of the beds and kitchen utensils were not clean when we arrived. Management provided clean sheets very quickly and we cleaned the kitchen utensils, plates and glasses. Did not walk to Main Street due to long distance downhill.

This property was terrible, with a sofa missing a leg, knives that were so dull it was nearly impossible to prep food, thermostats that were useless because the unit was constantly overheated (possibly from the unit below), electrical outlets that didn't work, and a management company that failed to address these issues. The window in the loft bedroom was broken. The loft photos do not show the large ceiling area windows that allow light in all night which impaired our sleep. We arrived to find one room flooded from an ice dam and Summit Vacations did not take proper action for days while it dripped into the room. Call after call to Summit Vacations and VRBO, and each time we had to re-explain our situation. Terribly disappointed.....

Awesome location, would stay again!
This was an awesome location. We had a group of 8 and were able to comfortably fit with everyone having a bed and their own space (two couples and 6 individuals).
The layout was open and we didn't feel cramped like some other places we have stayed in the past. There was tons of pots and pans for cooking and everything was clean, unlike some past reviews we read.
Everything was working in all the rooms which was good!
The only negative we had was comfort of the beds and pillows. I slept in the queen with the bathroom attached and it was very uncomfortable. The pillows were old it felt like and not much cushion. The bed was very hard. My friend was in the king bed and also said it was very uncomfortable. He felt a big dent/divot in the middle because he said it was two frames pushed together to support the beds.
It also got very stuffy in the property. We didn't turn the heat on at all but it seemed to hover at about 70 degrees. We had to open windows to let air flow which got a little cold but kept it more comfortable.
I still give this property an overall 5 stars becuase of the awesome location (literally a 2 min walk to snowflake lift) and practically ski to the doorstep afterwards.
I would recommend the owner adding some box fans to the rooms for air circulation and definitely upgrading the pillows!
Other than that, we had a great time and would come back again.

great place, great location
We have stayed in Tyra Stream many times, and love the location. Especially in winter. The place we usually stay sold, so we were on the lookout and came accross this unit. The 4th bedroom was a must for this trip-which the other unit we have rented only had 3. The decor and rug were tired, but everything was in decent shape. The kitchen appliances were up to date. My only wish was that the king size bed was in the bedroom with the bathroom even if it were a bit tight, and the double in the room with the sink. The knooks and crannies of the condo could have been a little cleaner.

great time honestly but a couple recommended repairs from one property manager to the next
The back door to the porch didn't close properly and opened multiple nights leaving those in the living room cold. The bathtub in the master bath does not work. Some windows are broken and can't be opened. The humidifier which was a plus did not work either. The first bedroom closest to the front door did not work only the lamps. The outside porch needs a better light, it was really dim. Stairs were kind of steep and a couple people fell down them. Overall great time and would probably stay again for the ski in and ski out. Loved the hot tubs and we even used the grills. felt like home. Thank you

Great location and clean but needs updates
The location is terrific. The condo is right across the street from the Snowflake lift and right by the 4 O'clock run to ski in.
The condo itself is in desperate need of updates. It is very clean but we had light fixtures that didn't work, the sink faucet was lose, light switches didn't work, and amenities/electronics were outdated. The beds also were not very comfortable.
I would give the condo itself 3 stars if it wasn't for the response of the property management company. We called regarding the lights not working and the maintenance person came over within an hour with a new light and also fixed a few of the other smaller items. During our stay a fire alarm was pulled in the building and they were also very quick to resolve the issue and communicated well.

Amazing property with a perfect location for quick access to the mountain and returning to the condo.

Great Location for skiers
I would have given four stars because of the location & the ability to sleep 12 people - 9 comfortably. We had eight. Otherwise, it gets 3 stars.
This condo is good for a big crowd but it is not particularly well maintained. It was clean but one bedroom did not have a working heater. Other floorboard heaters looked like a wild animal had attacked them. The Wifi is good but there were no smart TVs, no Netflix, etc. One bedroom TV didn't work. There was a boom box for music. Many of the outlets wouldn't hold plugs in them; they would just fall out.
All of the pots, pans & cookie sheets were disgusting - burned food still on them.
Of the three humidifiers, one didn't work & the others had filthy filters in them. I called Summit Vacations, the property managers for this owner. They sent a guy out to try & clean them. That didn't work so they bought two new ones & gave them to us. Great help from them.
The location is excellent. It's super close to the Snowflake lift - a two-seater chair to service all of the condos in that area. Charter Sports, a very short walk from the condo & at the base of the lift, rents equipment & valets your skis overnight. Super!
We had a large group for President's Weekend. Because some weren't skiers we were all greatly looking forward to going to the hot tub together in the evening. The first & second nights none of the three hot tubs were hot! I called Summit Vacations again. (Lauren, who works there, was great trying to fix our problems.) They called the HOA so by the third night, the tubs were functioning. This was President's weekend. Why wasn't the HOA ready? Two of us stayed the rest of the week & the outdoor hot tub stopped heating again.
If you need lots of beds, like this location &, don't care about the problems I mentioned, then it is a good place for you.

Great place for groups
Plenty of space and nice to have the loft - description says 3 kings but there are actually 2, one in master and one in loft. Other 2 bedrooms have a full size bed and bunks (3). Great to have 3 full bathrooms and never ran out of hot water. Place was a bit outdated but just fine for what we needed. Shower pressure was great! Would stay here again.

Clean, spacious and comfortable.
Wonderful location in front of ski lift. Ski in- ski out. We had a great time, the cabin fit our group of 10 perfectly without gettting in each other’s hair. Some electronics are outdated (VCR and Cassette player) however not needed. Fully equipped kitchen (including soap for dishes and dishwasher), more than enough towels and clean bedsheets. Washer and dryer included (not soap). Check-in and check-out are extremely simple. The staff responded our messages quickly. Would definitely consider coming back.

Great property
I really enjoyed staying here. It was really fun and clean. The only thing that was minorly annoying was the second parking pass wasn't clearly labeled.

great place
Very convenient, ski in, walk down to lift (200 yds) or stairs unless there is snow on the road, then ski out. Well organized and equipped.
Only thing is the lift is slow/long from 8:30-10:45, after that its empty~!

Great location, decent place, Needs some serious, but easy updates
We have been owning/renting/staying at places along Four O Clock Run for 15 years. We like the Tyra complex because of the location and great hot tubs. We're here to ski, eat, drink and enjoy the hot tub. This was our first stay at this unit. Here are my thoughts:
- Never got a check in packet via mail or email. No details from VRBO. I went to the office to get the check in instructions.
- Good location close to parking. No stairs to climb. 100ft from hot tubs. Short ~300ft walk down to snowflake lift.
- Place in decent shape. Updates here and there but overall has the feel of a 1980s-1990s build. Not really a problem for us as long as things work.
- Needs more ski and coat hooks, few in number, some loose.
- Several light bulbs out - nice maintenance guy was close by and replaced a few.
- Fireplace pilot light died first day we were there. Maintenance was prompt in coming to turn it back on then it died again a few hours later. We gave up on it after that.
- Oven went into an error mode saying the cooling fan wasn't working the first day there - called maintenance -- they came the next day to fix it. They reset it, but it went back into the same error mode. We reset it via the breaker and it seemed to work again.
- here's the biggest gripe I have about the place: 90% OF THE OUTLETS either did not work at all or were so worn out your plugs would simply just fall out of them. THIS IS AN EASY FIX. Replace the outlets! We were constantly searching around for a plug that was working.
- Bathrooms were fine, nothing fancy but no complaints
- Beds were average, no serious complaints, it's no Ritz after all
- Nice open floor plan. We liked that a lot. Allowed everyone to space out but still be together.
- Big window facing the lift was nice and allowed a lot of great natural light into the place.
- Appliances were newer and worked fine with exception of the oven.
- Cooking utensils could use a replacement (spatula for eggs)
- There's 500 sets of chop sticks in the kitchen drawer so if you like to eat Asian food or just love chopsticks you are set.
- I wanted to give this place a 3.5 stars but that wasn't an option. It's a good place and if it wasn't for the non-working outlets, the non-working fireplace and the sometimes non-working oven I would have given it 4.5 stars.
- oh and the chandelier is being held up by a ski boot rope. That's a first.
I'd stay here again if they made the upgrades.

Great location-needs some updates
This location right across the street from the snowflake lift is great. Easy to start and return.
But the overall condo is extremely outdated except for the kitchen appliances. The carpet is old, the walls all need painted, and the majority of receptacles are so wore out that they won't hold a charger plug. The electric is a little weird because the GFI automatically tripped because the bathroom fan was running too long. It effected two rooms.
The heat in this unit was constantly on high. It took the HOA all week to fix it. Plus, we had a weird single shoe left in the condo after the repairs were made. The windows don't close with the cranks and they had to be opened because of the temps in the condo. It is differently not a LUXURIOUS condo as advertised. I will return to this condo complex but not this unit.

Best ski trip yet
Loved the place. Everything was just as described. Everything functioned very well...stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, showers, toilets, stereo...everything we used. The walk to Snowflake Lift was a breeze. I've never stayed so close to a lift before but might be spoiled now. We slept eight very comfortably and had plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. The place wasn't the cheapest available but was worth the higher cost since we split it over eight people. The hot tub in the common area was hot and empty most of the time, so it felt like our own private hot tub. Lock box outside of condo door helped us a lot since our group came and went at different times, we didn't have to meet to exchange a key every time someone came or left.
Would definitely stay again with the right number of people.

Good Location Convenient
For whatever reason it was extremely hot in the unit. We turned all thermostats down/off and still had to crack doors and windows. Probably the unit under us was hot.
Nice Hot Tubs indoor (2) and outdoor (1) were a 30 second walk from the unit. Easy to load and unload the car, no stairs and 2 doors from parking lot. The hardest part of finding the unit was the first time. It is the first right past snowflake lift on 4 o'clock road. Also getting home was tricky, very easy to miss 4 oclock trail coming from peak 9/10.
Nice setup, with bathroom for almost every room. Turn on the fireplace with a lightswitch. Shuttle stop is at Snowflake lift and ubers are available.
No Complaints except for the heat. Also wifi is like public wifi for the building NOT wifi supplied by the owner, so security may not be that good although speed was fine. One person worked a lot as a website designer and had no issues with the speed.
Parking was also tight. Had to park "illegally" because there were too many cars in the lot, but no-one bothered the car.
Recommend that the owner give slightly better instructions on finding the unit, we came in after dark and it took a while, and it could have been so easy!!! First door on the right, Building number xxx, it was like in the 600's which was confusing.
Breck was great, not crowded and unit worked out well for 4 adults and 5 kids.

Good place, great location, and good maintenance staff.
Although the coffee maker and fireplace pilot light were not functional, maintenance quickly remedied both issues. One of the parking passes was not current and we received a parking violation notification. Old/expired pass was given back to Summit Vacations to exchange for new. Other than those minor housekeeping issues, the place was great! Would definitely stay at 343 Tyra again.

Very spacious, and clean. Loved the perfect location.
Property is spacious and clean. Has all amenities needed and more. We loved our stay. The hot tub was a welcomed amenity after skiing. The snowflake lift is across the street so location is obviously a huge plus.
