Our favorite location in Chattanooga
This is fairly new home, the property is well stocked (kitchen / towels, paper towels, etc) and it's convenient to many popular restaurants / bars on Chattanooga's Southside. And, a short walk to the free shuttle should you wish to see more of Chattanooga.
Our second stay in this home and we'll be back!

Chattanooga weekend
The place itself was very nice for 6 adults. You can walk to several great local restaurants and coffee shops. A draw back is parking. We were told there was one space behind the home to park but another car took up both spaces all weekend. We left a note on the car but it never moved. Street parking is on one side however numerous people parked on both sides and the street is not really wide enough. It would help if this street was one way We had 3 cars while here. We did enjoy the house and being able to walk to place.

Great location for a good price
The location is a quick walk to a handful of good restaurants/bars and a short drive to the downtown area. The house itself worked well for 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything was in working order and there were lots of towels!

Newer home, nicely furnished and convenient to Southside attractions
Very positive. Chattanooga is a great destination, pedestrian and bike friendly, great local beers and restaurants. My wife and I have been driving up from Bham for 25+ years; Chattanooga continues to improve!

A comfortable, centrally located home for six in Chattanooga
Our family of six adults, three couples, were quite comfortable in this home for a week while we explored Chattanooga. We enjoyed watching the World Cup on the large-screen TV. We all loved the open kitchen/dining/living room area. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels and linens were provided. We found good restaurants within walking distance. We were happy to be able to park our two cars on the street in front of the house. Among the attractions we enjoyed were the Inclined Railway up Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, The Southern Belle Riverboat for viewing the fireworks, the Tennessee Aquarium, and the sculpture park. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect centralized location close to a lot of good restaurants.
This home was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Great location. If the weather had been better we would have made all our trips to restaurants by bike. We were very impressed with the Chattanooga south side. We will be back again.

Very nice house in a great location
The accommodations were very nice and comfortably fit six of us. The owners were very responsive when my Father-in-law could not figure out the bedroom TV. The house is located in an area with a cool vibe. The area is being revitalized with restaurants and an entertainment district within walking distance. Overall a great choice.

Great home in a great location
Me and my associate are attorneys who stayed in this home for several months for a long federal trial, so believe me - I'm drawing from lots of experience when I rate this home as a great place to stay in Chattanooga. The house and its neighbors are all new, and quite comfortable. The neighborhood is rapidly developing - a new restaurant or cafe opened when we were there every other week or so, and there are shops full of interesting things within a block or two of the house. Lookout Mountain, with its views and hiking/running trails is only 15 minutes away and can be seen from the balcony of the master bedroom. There are great restaurants and coffee shops just down the street from the house. Mike and Karen were extremely helpful. By the time we left, I felt like it was home, and was sorry to leave. Chattanooga's a fun town on the rise, and this is a great place to stay and visit for a while.

We were in town for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. The house was located perfectly just a few minutes and a really easy drive to downtown. I've stayed in several VRBO homes in the past and Karen has stocked this kitchen better than any other place I've been. Everything you need and more is there to be able to prepare meals at home. Of course we also took advantage of some of the great restaurants nearby.
The beds and linens were really comfortable and there was plenty of room for the three of us and all our gear.
Check in and out was really easy and Karen literally responded within minutes when I had questions before our stay.
I'd highly recommend this home for anyone planning a visit to Chattanooga.

We had a great time staying at this Southside Chattanooga house. My friends and I came down to train for Ironman and used the house as a base camp. It was very close to the bike course and easy distance to downtown. The house was fantastic. It was very comfy, clean and had everything we needed.

Wife and I met another couple in Chattanooga for a weekend away from our kids. This was a great location. New Home, clean and well stocked, exactly as advertised. Owners were very responsive for any questions and very easy to work with. It was perfect for walking in the downtown area (Southern-most stop of the free electric shuttle is about 4/10ths of a mile away) and exploring what was around (Chatt Choo Choo, ice skating, restaurants, etc). Also went to the Escape Experience (8 min walk) and had a blast. Would highly recommend this house and Chattanooga as a fun town to vacation.

I rented this place sight unseen so that our family could meet for a long Thanksgiving weekend. Our 2 daughter's and their husbands met us from Nashville and Atlanta respectively. We drove up from the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
The area is undergoing a vast business and residential renaissance. I confess that I was a little concerned based upon the initial google map views which showed large areas still under construction. Our family walked the 5 or 6 blocks to shopping/restaurants routinely in both daytime and evening hours (daily) and felt very safe. And although there is still some construction ongoing, the community is close to being complete on Jefferson/Park Ave. The home is well laid out for up to 3 couples. My family roots are from this area and I have not spent much time in Chattanooga since the 1970's. It is exciting to see the city and outlying regions coming back strong. Would recommend it to others. :-)

I will be renting this condo again when I come back to Chattanooga. It is clean, and cute, and in the perfect location. It feels like home away from home!! You can walk to one of the many great restaurants to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are plenty of cute little shops, art galleries, breweries, and many other things to see as you explore.
