The environment is great along with the staff! Large rooms with a nice bathroom.
The price is a little high and need better or closer boat parking. It's a pain to unload that far with luggage and carry it down the street.

The location and the overall comfort
The Staff was not the best. Acted like they did not know what they were doing. But they did come through after I voiced my concerns about the room they gave us and they moved us to a new room which I appreciated.
