Breakfast was quite good.
Parking was included in the booking. Lady at reception said that they never include parking in booking as it’s a third party car park.
When I contacted Booking.com regarding this they said it is included.
Waiting for it to be sorted out and getting a refund for the parking that I had to pay for.

We have traveled to this area many times for Ironman. The location was downtown however if you wanted to go riverfront you need to drive it’s walkable but not easy for everyone
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The shower curtain was too short, causing water to flood the bathroom and spill into the hallway. The mattress on the pull-out couch was thin, worn out, and stained, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.
The road next to the hotel sounded like a drag strip, with loud exhaust noise throughout the night and at all hours, making it difficult to get any rest.
To make matters worse, on the morning of checkout, after all of us were exhausted from the race, housekeeping showed up before 9 a.m. to clean the room, adding to an already frustrating experience.
Overall, the lack of comfort, excessive noise, and poor timing of housekeeping made this a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and restful experience. Parking was an additional charge of a $14 daily fee just to park in a standard parking lot.
According to the hotel's information, the aquarium and art museum are within walking distance. However, that description is misleading unless you consider walking a couple of miles each way to be convenient.
