After our first rental turned out not to be what we expected or needed, we booked this place. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space and privacy. Quick walk to the main strip. Great parking! We used the kitchen a lot. Was a wonderful refuge to soak our feet after a long day on the GSM trails.

The location was nice and clean and had gorgeous views and great wild life experience

We enjoyed our stay! This property is clean and we enjoyed all the amenities and the balcony/ hot tub! We appreciate quick responses from the host as well as maintenance being sent to check on the hot tub for us. It is very easy to access the Gatlinburg strip from this location. The only complaints we might have are: the stairs from the entrance to the main level are more steep than ideal, so it is hard for some to walk up and down them; also, the bottom floor bedroom window blinds don’t cover the entire window, so a stranger could easily walk up to the window and look in.

Great having family together and not staying in separate hotel rooms. Condo was walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. Beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Loved the condo. Minor complaints but are as follow. Tv reception in the bedrooms stink, its on internet and it buffers the whole time, the last 2 days of our stay it wouldnt connect at all. Thankfully we didnt need the tv. The hot tub started the turn cloudy and dirty the last 2 days as well. Last day we chose not to use it because it looked so bad.. No chlorine in condo to add to hot tub. Other than that we had a great stay.

There were 5 adults who stayed in your lovely Townhouse. I have difficulty with climbing stairs and didn't realize there were so many stairs. I did manage to get up the stairs but the number of times I had to go up and down made it a challenge. Also I read that pets were not allowed which was fine however someone had 2 barking dogs there which was annoying. Downstairs bedroom needs curtains on window to block out the lights.We loved the location and how easy it was to walk and enjoy the village.We would be willing to recommend your property to many. Thank you

It would be nice if you had hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. No HANGERS in the closet. The upstairs bathroom- water didn't drain well AT ALL. The furniture in the living room has seen better days. The downstairs bedroom needs a blind the fits the window. The light shined right through window....this was a BIG problem over all. Beside these things...it was clean and LOVED the location!

It was a very pleasant stay. I would book again. It would have been nice to have an ironing board.

Really enjoyed the location and the living space to kick back and relax between outings. Hot tub was great, do recommend that it not be as full though. Really helped after playing at Gatlinburg golf course.

My friends and I had a great time. Only issue was that the fire alarm randomly started going off at one point and wouldn’t stop. Charles was very responsive and sent someone out to help right away and got it fixed. The location is awesome - very easy to find and had a trolley stop really close by, which was helpful. Hot tub was nice, but was overfilled with water so we didn’t use it because we didn’t want to flood the place. Overall, nice place and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location while still having the cabin vibe. We saw baby bears out the back window!

We had a great week in Gatlinburg. The views from the Townhome were awesome. We were lucky enough to see a momma bear and 4 cubs right in front of the home. During our stay we contacted the owner about the pool, he was was very quick to respond. Some of the outlets in the living room do not work, the lights will dim on and off while blowing drying your hair. The frame in the main floor bedroom needs to be replaced. At the time of our stay there was 1 chair on the deck, I would recommend placing another chair for the morning coffee drinkers. Talking about coffee, I would like to suggest buying filters for home something small like this would be a nice touch. The area is very quiet, beautiful views, about a 10 min walk to the downtown area. We would stay again:)

The accommodations were great. Also learned a back way to convention center that did not require going on Parkway. Easy Walking distance to Gatlinburg. Added attraction was the morning a momma bear and four babies climbed the tree and fence just yards from our balcony. Had a minor toilet problem in one bathroom that was repaired within 30 minutes of my call. Would rent again

Everything was amazing, the place was very and the kitchen was stock with dishes and cook whare. Would definitely stay again.

Short walk to town made this a winner! It also had plenty of room for the whole family. We had an issue with the hot tub that was quickly resolved. Great ttip to the mountains!

Very convenient for concert at conference center

Perfect little quiet area but walking distance to town! The pool was open this stay and although the water was a bit cold for me the kids had a blast!!

We were there for a dance competition, so the location was a little bit of a walk, but we could drive and park. The townhouse was super nice and very clean, and we would stay again.

This unit was super clean, and is very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg (10-15 minutes and not too hilly). We have a two year old and a seven month old, and this place was ideal in terms of having parking right outside the unit, and being so close to downtown we could walk back for naps, etc. The master was also spacious enough to fit a pack and play and a blow up toddler bed, as we didn’t feel comfortable having the kids on a different level from us. I had a question about the thermostat during our stay, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. I will say that this unit isn’t exactly childproof - there’s two different sets of stairs and a stone fireplace hearth, but my two year old isn’t the rambunctious type, and we had no issues. Only real complaints I have is that the couches are super, super worn and uncomfortable, and the hot tub was a whopping 108 degrees and too hot for us to use the one time we went to use it. Overall, we highly recommend this unit, and we will likely be back for another stay in the future!

Nice property. I like that every bedroom was on a different floor. Covered parking is nice. Is just a short walk to downtown. Definitely better than a hotel! Washer and dryer in unit was nice.

Nice location for a family. Easy walking distance to the town and easy drive to Pigeon Forge. Great spot!

We had a great stay in the Gatlinburg condo. The host was very friendly and quickly resolved our issue with the Wi-Fi. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. It could use a little updating in a few areas. The fridge handle was missing leaving a sharp edge where it used to be. Other than these small things it was a perfect getaway

This condo was great for our family group of 3 adults and 2 children. Clean and comfortable, great location. When coffeemaker didn’t work, Charles arranged for a new coffeemaker to be brought by. Family loved the hot tub! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of nice towels, really nice place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our visit. The condo has a great upgrade and we loved it. We will be back. Thank you.
