Situated in Rosemary Beach, this lovely cottage for $302 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. COZY FOR TWO is the perfect name for this adorable carriage house that is ideal for a couple's quick getaway. Private entrance - completely separate from main house and sitting on a corner lot - this cozy carriage house is a private little retreat for two. One step inside and you will be delighted with the beautiful decor, fully-equipped upscale kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A separate private bedroom containing pillow-top king-size bed with upscale bedding, MEDIACOM cable TV in living room and bed room, a beautiful dark wood high dresser; and, full adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower. There are two decks. A private, covered balcony is off the living area with rocking chairs and a bistro table and chairs. Another slate covered patio with table & chairs, wrought iron bench, and gas barbeque is at the private carraige house entrance. A washer/dryer for your personal use is located off a protected area under your slate deck. You can also use this area to store your bicycles under cover if you prefer to bring your own. Enjoy a short walk to our magnificent, 12,000-square-foot, community pool or follow the palm tree-lined sidewalk to our private beach access. The "SEACREST CAFE' a welcome addition at our pool, provides many food and drink choices. Free golf cart tram service to the pool or the white, sandy beach is provided by our community from mid-March through mid-October. Multiple paths go around and across our community for walking, jogging and biking. Green spaces including two parks are available for your enjoyment. Two cruiser bicycles are provided FREE for the enjoyment of our guests. Bicycling enthusiasts can ride around within the picturesque local communities or alongside South Walton's most scenic roadway, County Highway 30-A, on 17 miles of wide, separate paved pathways that wind alongside lakes, state park woodlands and beach areas. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella from a vendor on our private beach or simply bring along the two beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels we provide free. Our community, Seacrest Beach North, is located directly between the exclusive communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on designated scenic Walton County Road 30A. Many restaurants, Coffee Bars, Wine Bars, Snack Shops and shopping are within easy walking distance. Friday night wine-tasting is frequently offered at multiple establishments closeby. Since we directly manage this property ourselves, we are able to offer it at highly competitive and attractive rates. To allow sufficient time for a thorough cleaning and preparation for our next guests, arrival check-in time is after 3pm with check-out by 10am on the day of departure. We have received numerous highly favorable reviews from our guests. We do strive to maintain our online calendar as up-to-date as possible so you can easily see what days are available. Cozy for Two is just what it says, cozy! Perfect for an anniversary trip with everything you would need to stay as long as you need. From check in to check out this stay was amazing. Diane really goes above and beyond to help make this a great place to enjoy. The pool is amazing, hands down 10/10. I can see what others have said about the private beach access being tight, especially in the summer months. This wasn’t an issue though, as the Inlet Beach Public access was only a couple miles down the road with ample parking and a restroom. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

Cozy for two is impeccably decorated in pottery barn style decor from plantation shutters to high end cooking supplies, the ambiance of the cottage gives beachy vibes, makes you feel relaxed and is well equipped. Diane is a great host who was responsive and attentive. You can use the provided bikes or shuttle to get to the beach. I would definitely recommend!

Cozy for Two was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary!! The welcome gift was a nice surprise. We loved the neighborhood and close proximity to the pool. The carriage house had everything that we needed to make our week enjoyable. We would definitely stay again if we ever come back just the two of us.

We loved staying in this cozy getaway! It was close to so many little shops and excellent restaurants to choose from, and far enough away from the resort area of Panama City that we didn't feel overwhelmed by other tourists. The pool and beach are both beautiful, though the water was still a little cold for our liking (but that has to do with us coming in May, nothing with the hosts or community). We will definitely consider returning in the future!

“Cozy for Two” is a perfect place for a winter getaway. It was our first time ever “snowbirding” to Florida, a retirement celebration. The size of the unit is perfect for two, and has all of the amenities you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The check-in process with the community office was a little confusing, but to no fault of Diane & Bernie. They were ideal hosts - attentive and easy to communicate with when we needed them to be and pretty much “invisible” the rest of our stay. One thing that could cause some hardships on individuals with bad knees and/or a lot of heavy luggage are the stairs you need to climb to get inside this gorgeous getaway. We’ve decided when we return to bring several smaller suitcases as opposed to two large ones. Another exciting thing that was happening in the area was that one of our week’s there was the beginning of Spring Break for college students. We had lots to look at as we enjoy “people watching”. We are early risers so we made it to the community pool and beach before all of the younger visitors to the area were even up. We will do a little more research for future trips and maybe try a month later in the season to visit to miss the Break week, but we imagine the Seacrest Beach area is always a busy place because of its beauty and location.

Everything about this place is convenient and comfortable. Everything you need is there and it’s all in great condition. We used the bikes quite a bit and really enjoyed them. The hosts are wonderful and even gave us extra water bottles for the drive back to Michigan. I don’t usually give 5 stars but this place deserves it. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Cozy for Two. It’s just right for two people. All details have been covered to make it a very comfortable stay. Plus walkable to so many nice restaurants, the beach, shops and a farmers market. Hosts, Diane and Bernie are wonderful! Highly recommend!

Perfect location, the bicycles were a wonderful way to get around and Diane was the most gracious host. We would love to come back and stay here again in the future.
