The room was exactly as described! The complex was great! We could walk to dinner, grab ice cream and shop without even having to move the car!! That was a huge plus with the teenager that wanted to get away at the end of the night. Already trying to figure out when we can come back!!

This was the worst part of my vacation to Panama City beach. This room was filthy. Not ready on time for checkin. The people running the place is rude and condescending. You can’t even have someone see you while staying here. There was pubic and body hair all over the bathroom. Food particles under the bed. Was told I would be compensated by vacasa for the inconvenience and that was a lie. I was told the room would be recleaned and it was not. Your every move is watched by everyone there. Was told we had to let them put individual wristbands on each person when I seen over 15 people at least without them. The lady at the front desk was very nasty. Paid almost $500 to feel like I was in jail. The sign in the unit said you can’t open the window or you will be charged if the ac messes up. The chair in the unit was so worn down you sank when you sat in it. Very very bad place to stay and I will not stay here again and will be making a BBB complaint today!!!

Really nice condo but the floor is dirty, dead bug on the floor, and when I was about to make coffee, it was dirty. It was confusing to find the top of the gulf place and when we got there at 4pm on our first day security guard wasn't there at the gate until 5 minutes later he shows up and says I have to wait 10 minutes because he just got there. So after 15 minutes he handed us the parking pass and wrist bands after long wait. Beautiful beach but I will not go back this place.

Beautiful place and area. Loved all the chairs on every floor to sun in private. Pool area was nice, and had plenty of sitting places. Hope to come back next year.

The first time staying in this room but have stayed at this resort before. The room was great and clean! The bathroom is kind of tiny but otherwise great over all! We love top of the gulf.

Was very impressed with improvements and renovations made by from last year to this year internally and externally. I was thinkings last year that things were getting run down. The check in on first floor much better. Nicer appearance too.

No closets, but in storage room in our area there was a towel much like a broom handle to hang clothes. Shower was not clean, dirt in tub probably because of broken knob. Appeared that there had been a leek in rooms above because of bubble in ceiling over sink. Under sink was deplorable. Never anyone in office. By the window, it appeared to be broken tile. Building sadly needs help. Would not recommend the unit nor Vacassa. Will not be back. Light is needed by beds and directions on use of TV is needed.

Very outdated. Bathroom is very tiny, the bathtub is EXTREMELY slick and very dangerous. The iron was scorched, with a hole in the side of the water reserve, and no ironing board. My wife was blowing her hair dry on our last night and it tripped a breaker. There was no safety plug, so we had no way to reset the circuit. The property makes you wear a neon orange bracelet. First off, we were there on business and don’t need to look like we’ve been out clubbing before a business meeting. Secondly it’s NOVEMBER, and there were less than 15 cars in the parking lot. Not many drunk college kids wandering in to use the pool, and La Vela is closed. Don’t ask for more toilet paper……NOT RECOMMENDED

The beds were comfortable but it smelled like mold/ mildew in the room terribly!! You open the door and it hits you! The walls had bubbles behind the paint that you could push and it move. The entry way wall was dented in and felt wet. Gross. The bathroom was so small you could barely shut the door when you’re standing in there. The toilet barely flushed. The towel Area where they threw the towels was dirty and brown…. The building itself was great. The people here at the entry are nice and personable. The building and pool were nice definitely would go back to this building but to another room, I wouldn’t choose this room again that’s for sure..

No matter how much I tried it was still there. We noticed that there was mold growing under the sink in the bathroom. The tub did not drain well and water took a while to drain. The beds were covered in mattress covers to hide the many stains. We had dropped a water bottle and used a towel to dry it up and the towel came up black from the tile floor. There was urine left in the toilet from whomever was in the room before we were, to which I did speak to a staff member about so that they were made aware. All in all I would stay at Panama City Beach again, but NEVER in this facility again as it was not worth the price I paid.

overall it had a great view, it was big enough for just 2 people, and we loved the property. definitely will be back.

Booked property for two nights. Before 8 a.m. on second day was informed by onsite property staff that I had 30 mins. to vacate the unit as the unit was scheduled to have the windows removed. Spent hours on the phone and running around to find a last minute place to stay. Property management was rude and less than helpful. Was able to get another unit, but was not beachfront. Onsite property staff stated emails have gone out weekly for past month reminding them of window replacement. This whole experience has left me a bit "gun shy" in booking future stays with this management company.

For what my best friend and I needed it was great. Extremely outdated (appliances and decor) blinds were broken. The blender was not clean. Beds were comfortable. And location was perfect !!!

Very dated unit, you can tell it’s a rental only and the owner does not do updates. Could not check in on time due to previous renters still in the unit at 4pm. Loved the complex.

This room was very dirty. Had not been cleaned in a while. There was sand all over the floor when we arrived and there was sand all in the bed sheets. I know or a fact that the room had not been cleaned recently because there was someone's swimsuit at the top of the shower when we arrived.

Enjoyed are stay during covid 19!
I Was very happy with my stay the hotel had very nice smelling elevators and germx dispensers all around! this place was half the price of other places for beach view! overall we had a nice time and the room was ready early, we were surprised to see right outside of our door there was a balcony with seating to sit out and look at the beach as well as they provided chairs and an umbrella in the extra room if you forget it! there wasn’t a fitted sheet on our bed which could’ve been cleaning service and not actual owners issue!
