About this apartment rental
Spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom 4th floor corner condo. Sleeps 8. Balcony w/seating. Close to Pool/Clubhouse. NEXT TO EPIC, OCCC, Supermarket, Walgreens, Tourist attractions and restaurants. Minutes to Universal Studios, Disney, Aquatica, Discovery Cove & SeaWorld. Upgraded with new flooring, furniture & decor. Free resort amenities & free self-parking for several cars. THE SPACE
Open-plan living room with comfortable seating area and 55" Smart TV offers unobstructed views to distant downtown Orlando. A dining area is just off the fully-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you might need for a quick breakfast to dinner for 6. There is also additional seating at the bar so the cook can chat with family and friends.
BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 2 spacious king bedrooms with plush, pillow-top mattresses plus a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kid’s water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community, off Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property, and also within walking distance, in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse, China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. Apartment was clean and lovely as expected.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to come and go. We went for a volleyball and could easily catch an Uber to the convention center from our rental. We could even walk to the convention center if we wanted. It was quiet and the grounds were clean. The two pools were really nice. The gated community felt safe and we always had parking spots to choose from. Everything was super handy like Publix, chic fila and tons of things to do.
The kitchen was great too. It just needed some glass baking dishes for the oven. Other than that it was perfect!

This is our 3rd time staying in a Vista Cay condominium. during the Girls National Volleyball tournament. The condo was well kept, nicely furnished, and clean. The only negative would be that it was a little farther from the main pool than our condo from last year. All in all, it is a great place to stay :)
