Bilocale flat nightmare!

The location was perfect. The flat was fairly modern. The booking customer service was excellent.

-The description of the accommodation on the booking website is misleading at the least. - The checking process is confusing and not described on the advert as well as the additional payment on top of the amount you pay on booking.com, needed to get in the apartment. The checking is made through a separate company which requires reservation deposit not mentioned in the property description. Getting in the property is made only through your mobile phone, so do not your phone battery die. - There's a lift in the building but accessible only by thr residents and not by the property customers which can cause issues for mobility issues people like myself. I booked this property solely for the lift option which was unavailable even was advertised. - Customer service for the property is unavailable if you're trying to reach out. I had to ask the Bookings.com Customer service to contact them in order to get access to the property. The booking.com said that I don't need to pay extra for my accommodation, but it is not way around it if you want to get access to the property. However the deposit is a refundable damage deposit which is miss advertised on the advert. - Cleaningless is another issue: 1 bedroom flat was provided with 1 towel for each person without any mats or towels provided to get out of shower on a slippery tiled floor not considering the health and safety of the customer. - The property customer service is atrocious! They won't pick up the phone, or if they would, they will put the phone down on you. They just disregard your request or even your calls. - The description in the advertisement that a staff member will meet you at thr property or that you can pick up the keys from their office is totally a lie. There's no one or any office. - Maintenance of the property is so poor. Bulbs not working, sockets not working and the WiFi details were wrong. I contacted the property about it and they never replied. - I think the Bookings.

A very disappointing experience — I could not find the property, could not reach anyone for help, and was ultimately for

Unfortunately, I was unable to find the property, so I did not get the opportunity to stay there.

this is apartment，not hotel. I could not find the property because I was unable to get clear directions or assistance. I tried contacting the property several times by phone and text, but I only received automated responses and could not reach anyone who could help me.

Most horrible experience I’ve ever had with an apartment !!!

Nothing good to say

The fact we were locked out and couldn’t get in and was standing outside from 12:30am to 4am then had to go to another hotel and pay 190 euros for 4 hours until they opened the front doors again, staff so unhelpful when checking in

I enjoyed staying here and I would stay again for a short stay.

The location of the room was good. The facilities were ok and suitable for a short stay.

I didn't like that the elevator didn't work most of the time, especially when I checked in and out with heavy bags to and from the second floor.
