Amazing view and facilities.
This wasn't a problem as such because I've never thought to put a TV in my bathroom. But the remote batteries had gone flat.

Luxurious, modern, excellent views and spotless.
Plus pet friendly.
Pub was closed but we knew that and still booked.

The views make The Pickwick. Out to the Camel Estuary with Rock and Padstow either side. Stunning! Rooms super-spacious. Food very good. So too, the beers. Staff friendly and helpful (big shout out to Stuart / Stewart who made breakfast times delightful!)
Nothing “bad” to report based on our experience.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Especially the lady serving breakfast. She was so lovely. Our son thought she was the best and he said the hotel was “exceptional and the best”

The view
Balcony and room dirty. Breakfast chef is rude and miserable. Food only ok, think it depends which chef is on duty

Views out to sea from the room were beautiful. Food quite expensive in the restaurant but breakfast was delicious

Fantastic view from the room
A very good size room
The hotel itself is very clean but the baby cot we requested was not very clean when we opened it hot lot of dust hence we had to give it a thorough cleaning which we would have done anyway. But the first impression when we opened the baby cot was a bit disappointing that’s all. Otherwise it was fabulous

Excellent all round. Good big, clean bedroom. Wonderful sea view from balcony. Good breakfast with very friendly staff. Original building being an old country pub the bar facilities were very welcoming.

Location excellent views of the Camel estuary
Broken furniture in the room. lack of toiletries in bathroom no shower gel or shampoo just a soap bar.
We returned to the hotel at 10pm and everything was closed no bar no room service no minibar in the room. The principle complaint here is that the room was £190 with breakfast and the service was up to what you expect at that price. The Cornish breakfast can best be described as average. We felt ripped off

Exceptional accommodation and delightful staff made our stay a pleasure. What a great place...we have immediately booked another visit.
Nothing to dislike about the Pickwick. Nothing pretentious; lovely food with a wide choice both at breakfast and dinner; friendly staff who made us very welcome from the outset.

Fabulous location. Lovely room. The view from the bedroom was to die for. Would definitely come back again.
The restaurant was closed. We did know about this before we arrived.. We went down to the pub at 8:20pm in the evening and were told that they had stopped serving food at 8pm!
