We didn’t stay at hotel, I am still fighting to get my refund back
Nothing, the rooms we were given for a family of 6 is too small and has tiny windows on the roof and one of the rooms smells of cigarettes. Still waiting for my refund

The staff are very helpful and friendly and even though I don't speak English very well they managed to communicate with me and fulfill my requests. The accommodation is exactly like the photos.
It has a fridge, kettle, TV, iron, bed linen, towels.

Really great location. As you arrive to Woolwich Arsenal station you just need to cross the street to get in the hotel.
Dirt on the carpets. It can be noisy as it's in the center of woolwich. Looked a lot better in the pictures.

Big room with bathroom was nice. Heating was good. Lift was little bit scary :) door closing was not smooth. Near the train, bus and boat station, so the transport to London was increadibly easy.
No hot watter in shower! In the sink was ok, so washing hands was good, but taking a shower was dissaster. On the other hand, we involuntarily began to harden ourselves. Hotel located near the train station and area in reconstruction, so it was pretty noise during the day time.

The staff, the location - close to the Tube, the room was verz cozy
Surrounding arrea is a bit dodgy, long time to wait for the hot water starting in the shower

I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The location which is in the heart of Woolwich city centre very close to DLR and a 4 minutes walk down to Elizabeth line.

The room was big and the lady who hosted us was very amicable.
The television was not working, the bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and there was no hot water for the shower. The location was a bit noisy too.

We liked the room it was really clean and looked modern and attractive. The bathroom was clean and nice as well.
The only downside was the location of the property which can’t be changed and the windows and curtains of the room were too high to reach.

no breakfast or dinner

location was convenient very close to the DLR
Noisy, the property phoned ahead of my arrival and wanted a credit card payment over the phone, claiming the card used on booking.com was invalid - very dodgy! I refused to pay over the phone and paid on arrival instead.

The location is near bus stop, DLR and underground
Too much noise from the nearby market and bus stop at mid night.

Very convenient for the city of London thanks to the Elizabeth line. Clean, good sized room.

It was clean, modern and spacious
Tea & Coffee facilities could have been better (maybe some biscuits) but nothing else to complain about.

comfortable bed and convenient location to get to start of London marathon.
the family shared room we were in did not have a door which was not advertised in booking.com. it simply had a stair gate and then a curtain to block it off from the other rooms in the block. it was quite noisy because of this as you could hear people come in and out of their rooms.

The property was perfect, clean, comfortable and perfect location for my needs.
After running London Marathon and walking round for a couple of hours after all I needed was a hot bath, this wasn’t possible understandably but I couldn’t even get a hot shower as there was no hot water.
I made do with a freezing cold one instead.
probably better for my muscles anyway

Great family room with beautiful views, all nicely refurbed to a fresh and new standard.
No signage for the hotel, was turned away the first time I asked if it was the correct hotel but luckily all sorted on our next try of the door.

Clean and tidy, lovely lady on reception. Good location
Had a lovely big room with a view when I last stayed here. This time room was smaller which is fine, however our view was a brick wall, literally 2 feet away from the window. Shower was cold initially, they were prompt to rectify but when fixed , only a quarter of the holes worked . TV had poor reception.

Cost cheap for four. Staff at hotel itself were nice (staff on phone were not!). It worked out, but would have been worrying for a family.
Booked private bathroom with double & two singles. Got shared bathroom with two doubles. Room was an unfinished kitchen area with two beds shoved in with no door but a curtain with lockable 3ft stair gate - not particularly secure. Aggressive staff on phone eg take it or leave it attitude with one day before stay. No mirror in toilet. Whole thing suggests an apartment refurb was abandoned so trying to recoup some money.

Large room and bathroom. exceptionally clean with the bonus of a fridge. Great location opposite the DLR station and very close to a large Tesco superstore.
Poor noise insulation, woken up by someone coughing up their guts in the communal toilet. Curtains could also be better quality.
