Surrounded by 30 hectares of olive groves and Mediterranean scrub, the Carabollace Estate features a swimming pool, a hot tub shared with other guests, and unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding valley.
Located in Sciacca, just 500 m from the sea, 6 km from the historic center, and a few kilometers away from Sicily’s most beautiful archaeological sites—Agrigento, Eraclea Minoa, and Selinunte.
The villa features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.

Guests will have access to the swimming pool and the seasonal hot tub (shared with other guests), as well as the entire grounds—including a garden with amenities for relaxing outdoors, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and parking.
For children and anyone who wants to spend enjoyable moments interacting with animals, the family-run farm features a petting zoo with various types of animals, such as horses, donkeys, ponies, and rabbits.
You can easily enjoy a wide range of sports, such as golf or horseback riding—including beautiful rides along the seashore—thanks to the sports centers located in the immediate vicinity.

Our stay at Carabollace Estate – Mistral was truly exceptional. This villa deserves more than five stars.From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and beautiful the property was. The photos are lovely, but they simply don't do it justice - it is even more breathtaking in person.The villa was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept everything cool. The kitchen is compact, but the open-concept design made it easy for everyone to cook, visit, and spend time together.The views are stunning, with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. Some of our favorite memories include enjoying quiet morning coffee under the shaded pergola, sharing wonderful meals with family and friends at both the outdoor table and another indoor table, visiting the horses, donkeys, and other farm animals, and swimming in the beautiful pool overlooking the distant sea.The location offers peaceful privacy while being just a short drive from Sciacca's restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, and local attractions.Ignazio was an outstanding host—attentive, responsive, and incredibly gracious when I made a scheduling error. His kindness made the experience even better.I would recommend Carabollace Estate - Mistral to anyone looking for an unforgettable Sicilian getaway. It perfectly combines tranquility, comfort, and convenience. We hope to return one day.

Although we were unlucky with the weather, the host was just amazing and we could enjoy all the good things the southern Italian countryside has to offer.The place is amazingly beautiful in harmony with the nature. Very quiet and peaceful. Amazing

We had a fantastic stay which was even better than we were expecting. Ignazio was really welcoming and helped with any questions about the area. His Mum's cake was delicious! The villa was spotless and spacious with lovely private outdoor areas. Would absolutely recommend this villa.

We had an absolutely amazing time and we were very pleased with our accommodations. The home came well stocked and it was a nice surprise to have fresh eggs, lemon cake and olive oil straight from the farm outside. The location was perfect, quick drive to Sciacca. You will need a car here. The views were spectacular and the grounds were well maintained with the plants and tree's strategically placed so you are not disturbed by others staying and still have views. The pool was cool and refreshing after we hiked the long, slightly unmaintained, trail down to the beach and back (uphill). We even stopped to visit the farm animals along the way. The ping pong table was a hit for us since we have one at home and are very competitive. Our teenage son took advantage of the workout room to get his daily workouts in. The only advice I would give is to upgrade the beds or add a softer, thicker topper. Also the main bedroom is the only bedroom with air conditioning so the other two bedrooms got quite warm at night so bring a small portable fan as that helped us a lot. The seating area in the living room could also use an upgrade as the cushions are thin and the wicker is not comfortable to sit on. The home and area is absolutely lovely so we most certainly would stay here again if we make it back to the area. We felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. Thanks Ignazio!
