Nothing
Room was not as stated we were put in a room that was supposed to sleep 3 adult lady’s it had one king bed no couch or any other means for the third person to sleep the front clerk told us 3 could sleep in one bed according to the fire department. This made no sense we ask for a refund she was very rude rolling her eyes and pretending to talk to a manager on the phone

The location was great and the price was good.
The safe didn’t work, you couldn’t close the bathroom door and they didn’t have enough lights in the room at night to see. The floor still had food on it. But we stayed the week before and that room was clean and everything worked.

Location was great. People at front desk were very accommodating.
Breakfast lacked scrambled eggs which is a usual item at most Breakfast served hotels.
First room unacceptable due to dirty towles left in bathroom from last rental.
Shower was unacceptable due to rust and some black mold.

Needed more variety. There were no eggs. Fresh fruit would have been a nice addition.
Needed a lamp on the desk area.

Clean facility, lovely large breakfast area, pet friendly, good location, nice decorative set-abouts in dining area.
Have to get out of bed to turn off lights by the bed. Breakfast ended early - 9:00 (10:00 is better.) coffee at breakfast was very weak,

I really like the location of this hotel. It is conveniently located to I-95, but off the interstate just enough to reduce noise and also contribute to an environment that feels both safe and secure. My room faced the interstate but still felt very quiet and the shades were more than sufficient to block any light from the exterior of the building. I arrived very late (just before midnight) and had to park in the back of the hotel. I still felt very safe walking around to the front of the building to check in. The beds are also very, very comfortable if you are the type of person who prefers a softer mattress. The room also allows for your own adjustment of the temperature, so I was able to lower mine to match my preferences. Overall, the hotel is very clean and welcoming. As soon as I exited the elevator to my floor, I immediately noticed the hotel smelled very fresh and clean. This hotel also makes it very easy to access the internet and provides a TV guide, which is a nice touch.
The first thing I noticed is that the room was not quite as clean as I would prefer. There is a chaise lounge in the room and it seems the cleaner missed that area as I found food wrappers on the floor. Additionally, despite intentionally NOT leaving the "do not disturb" sign on my door after my first night's stay, housekeeping did not visit me. I had hoped they would swing by to switch out towels and things. Perhaps this is not done for short-stays, and while that makes sense, a simple sharing of this information during check-in would be more than enough for me. Otherwise, the room smelled fresh and appeared clean. While the bed is very soft and comfortable, the pillows are a bit more firm for my liking. It might be nice to mix them up, if possible, to provide customers with more variety. Speaking of variety, the breakfast options really could use some help. I ate breakfast one of the mornings of my two-night stay and was not thrilled with the options. It was a very carb-heavy breakfast and I overheard many patrons stating the same. The only protein offered included hard-boiled eggs that had a rubbery texture and yogurt. The main dish offered was biscuits and gravy but the gravy had a tart, sour taste to it.

Breakfast was decent for a free breakfast, enjoyed the waffles.

Location, style and cleanliness
Bright lighting outside is great but blinds allows light to shine in at bottom as drapes don’t come all the way for. Late arrival (assuming it was as it was 0130) sounded like the ceiling was coming in they were so loud above us…for a good 45 minutes.

Wonderful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable.
Breakfast was not served until 9 AM. They ran out of food at 8:45 and we had to go to a nearby restaurant to eat. Yes, we should have come down earlier, but we were tied up with a family issue and got there 15 minutes before serving time was supposed to end.

Comfortable beds , very clean, great location.
We have stayed here in June and there was a complete breakfast with eggs and sausage. We were not the only ones complaining about it. The reason we chose this place is knowing we would get that breakfast again. It was a huge disappointment not to have that.
It is not a place we will stay again without a full breakfast.
I did ask why they didn’t have it and they said they only do it when it is busy time, we are snowbirds and it is busy time. Unless I call ahead of time to see if you have the full breakfast I will not stay here again.

The breakfast was ok and minimal compared to La Quinta in Winchester, VA. where I had scrambled eggs and biscuits.
The two holes on either side of the bed that allowed my cat to hide under the bed. Thankfully, I got her out! I also didn't like the deep and open space under the bathroom credenza. I did stuff both with pillows and towels. Still my cat figured out how to get under the bed! Lots of anxiety and no way to move that bed.

The location on my 10 hour trip from NC to S Fla
My 1st bad experience was with the desk clerk. She was on Her phone and didn't welcome me , just ignored me. 7 minutes later she asked I had a reservation then told me rate was 167 when in fact it was 140. She gave me a handicap room when there were sooo many other regular rooms. The left elevator was broke so getting to my room took TIME. There was no hot food at breakfast, A/C was on 60 in my room, the front windows were Filthy, and no coffee or hot water at coffee station when I chin at 3:30 until next morning and desk clerk didn't care AT ALL. I've stayed here 3 other times and this was such an unpleasant experience

The hotel was nice and new. It was impressive upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and professional.
Our room (201) had some damage to two walls. The bed was saggy and very uncomfortable. There were no lights in half of the room so it was very dark. It was a room designed for someone in a wheelchair. The way the shower was made, the water would run right out into the bathroom floor. Overall we were very unhappy with our room.

Nice and clean every where.
I was placed in the room all the way at the end of the hall. The constant door slamming from the stairs was too much. I asked to be moved and was. I felt that it was inconsiderate to place me there by myself.

I was not thrilled with the breakfast choices. I didn’t eat. Everything else about the hotel was wonderful.
Did not like the menu. There was a woman coughing all over everything. I know the staff can’t control that, but after witnessing her total disregard of others, we left the area.
