I loved the location. It was easy to get to the beach and close to shopping. The community was well kept and clean. The unit was very spacious and had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again!
My first concern was the caution tape on a bush outside of the condo. My other concern was that there were roaches all over the kitchen. Nothing major, just a nuisance.

Long walk to the beach as well as crossing busy highway to get to the beach which should have been explained in the package about beach access and crossing the highway to get to the beach!

great community but room was not as expected.
ac barely worked up stairs. bunk beds were every wobbly. up stairs shower didn’t work. we left early because it ruined our vacation

ROACHES IN BATHROOM, AND LIVING AREA, DIRTY WALLS, FURNITURE DIRTY, RUGS WERE BROWN, STAINS , CRACKS IN CEILING. OLD MUSTY SMELL. ABSOLUTELY GROSS. PICTURES ON BOOKING.COM AND VACASA ARE NOT WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Hopefully we will be reimbursed for this awful experience. Idk how they are still offering this place to people. I wish I could submit more photos to show more.

It was a very nice place. It felt like home away from home. It wasn't far from the ocean. Everything that we needed was in the condo and clean.
There was no full length mirror. There were children in the pool screaming and yelling after 10:30 pm every night. There was black mold above the refrigerator on the ceiling.

Being by the pool. The place was extremely clean.
Being further away from beach then told. Not alot around to do. We had to drive 20 minutes to the strip and places to enjoy.

Plenty of room for 7 people.
Pieces of the sliding blinds were missing downstairs an upstairs in bedroom and you could see right through the apartment.

we loved how close it was to the beach and how clean the house was when we first got there. it was very spacious.
only thing we didn’t like was it got a little hot at sometimes but other than that it was great.

Location
We had mice running around in master bedroom. Sofa bed had dirty sheets on it. We found a dirty baby wipe on couch. The toilets were not clean.

The space and the location
The coffee pot didn’t work so we had to buy one. The pull out couches were warm and mattresses were awful. And the floors were very dirty turned our socks black. Very little silverware and glasses.

Cupboard door broke, thresholds loose, caulk in bathroom needs replacement very nice place just needs a good day of deep clean and minor repair work

Good location, spacious, free wifi, good parking, cold fridge and nice washer dryer.
Couches were stained up, shower head was broken, TVs did not let you watch anything on them, management was very unresponsive when I inquired about these issues.
