No exceptions. **Luxury living in this custom furnished and personally decorated two bedroom/two bathrooms with bunk alcove condominium. **Direct Gulf Front** Enjoy the Gulf view from your private balcony. The interior spaces include a kitchen with granite countertops, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, and laundry with a Samsung stackable washer/dryer. All kitchen appliances were newly installed in November 2023. **High-end furnishings! **The carpeted master suite features a high quality, super comfortable thick mattress, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a separate glass-enclosed shower, garden tub, double vanity, and generous storage and closet space. The guest bedroom, also carpeted features a queen size bed, ample closet space, and flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan with an adjoining full bath. The bunk alcove is great for also great for extra guests as well as the sleeper sofa. **Wood tile flooring throughout the entrance and family room. The living room is spacious with full-length windows that connect you to the magic of the Gulf. The coastal decor of this condo will make you feel like you are at home but within arm's reach of the sun, sand, and beach. **Wand-controlled blinds in the living room with 'blackout feature'. **The kitchen has full-size appliances, fully stocked with all necessary smaller appliances. *Keurig Duo: Single Cup plus Regular Coffee Maker **Aqua requires wristbands to be worn by all guests while using the pools, beach chair services, grills, gym, etc. These will be provided for your stay. It is very important to list the proper number of guests in the reservation so the appropriate number of wristbands will be provided. **FREE WI-FI throughout the condo. **Keyless Entry - No formal "check-in" is required! No keys to return! **Covered parking - maximum of two spaces allowed with registered vehicles. Onsite security. 24/7 video monitoring on-premises, carts for loading and unloading. **Entire complex is a NON SMOKING/VAPING ATMOSPHERE. **Experience Aqua's poolside cafe, the whirlpool spa, and the beachside terrace of two pools, fountains, and water gardens. **Condominiums are the ultimate getaway on the gulf, whether you choose to lounge on your private, elliptical balcony, or by one of the two pools. **BEACH CHAIRS ARE NOT PROVIDED!!! Beach chair service is provided by - Coastal Parasail. Here is a list of on-site amenities: Double chaise lounges w/umbrellas, Foldout Deck Chairs, Cabanas w/Hoods, Paddle Boards, parasails, Kayaks, and wave runners. They can also assist with offsite activities offered such as Dolphin Encounters, Shell Island tours by Jet Ski or Boat, and Charter Boat Fishing. This property was very beautiful. This is the first time my husband and I have been to this area. The other couple comes here a lot. Love the area and will be back. Would love to stay in the same property even this same room. The owner was wonderful and helped us with any thing we needed. Looking forward to returning.

We loved this condo and the location. I did see a few reviews having issues with the elevators. While one was not in service we did not have to wait. Great place...would stay here again!

Listing was just as described. Great location, right across the street from one of our favorite restaurants Shuckums!! And close to another one of our favorites, David’s Sno-Balls! Close to Pier Park. Pools were great, always plenty of room to set up on the beachfront. Loved the extra bunk spaces for kids and the baskets of beach toys. Our 3 year old was a huge fan of that. Overall great property, we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just the right location for watching the sea life from our balcony, close to shopping, and what a beautiful beach! The condo came with everything you needed (including salt, pepper, trash bags!!) and it was super clean. Getting into the parking garage and unit was a breeze as the codes were sent well in advance of our arrival. The decor also MUST be mentioned! The owner has spared no expense in ensuring that the condo is well decorated and so charming, I highly recommend this condo!

Gate code changed halfway through stay. Why did it change. That code should stay the same until you leave and not notified. How the owner didn't know that, I'm sure that's not the first time. Having to use a code everytime you go through a gate 3/4 of people don't where the wristband anyway. Having to strip the bedsheets off of bed and lay them by the washing machine that should be part of cleaning fee. The elevator's OMG. Did they get them from big lots. Spent alot of time waiting on elevators. Broke down most of time. Had to pack luggage down 9 floors. Had to make 3 trips up and down 9 floors of stairs to get all of luggage because elevator's broke down. Stay on 3rd floor were parking garage is and don't have to worry about the elevator's or better yet stay somewhere else. Of all the times we been to pcb. This is the worst experience

We loved our stay in this condo! Super close to everything we needed. Our only cons were no beach chairs and no toilet paper included in the room. Other than those things we were very pleased!! Thanks for a great stay!

Condo 1204 at Aqua was exactly what we needed for our family/friend vacation. We were pleased with the facility, location, and service from the owner. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change would be the LONG codes for the gates and rooms. It is difficult to remember all of those codes and looking for your phone with the codes on them when your arms are full of beach gear is cumbersome. Otherwise, we had a great trip and would definitely stay at Aqua again.

This was a perfect place for my family. The condo had plenty of room and was very clean. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. I loved the large terrace overlooking the beach and ocean. It was a awesome view! I will definitely be back to stay again!
