Everything was perfect for a friend’s trip….birthday celebration!!! The house was so comfortable, everything you need and decorated so Nashville chill!!! The management company was very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect…close enough to the action but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Highly recommend!!! We would most definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed her with 9 people and it was plenty of room for us. We stayed over New Years and it was pretty cold, so we didn't get to use the rooftop as much as we would have liked. Also, we would have walked to the Gulch area more had the weather been nicer.I spoke with the people over the phone a few times and they were very nice and accommodating. Our plane landed a little earlier than check in time but they let us check in. Our flights got moved back also and they gave us a late check out for free!The only thing I would say is be prepared to buy bring salt and pepper, ice and some other essentials you might need. There is only the fridge ice maker and if you're trying to make drinks, it doesn't go far. There were a couple of ice trays, but they were empty. The pantry was a little bare than most houses we've rented as far as the kitchen spices , etc but they did have a lot of Keurig coffee pods!All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 7 traveled to Nashville to see our daughter graduate. There was plenty of room for everyone. The rooftop view was really special - bring a lighter. The stairs were long and steep. Not a problem for us, but might be for older folks. Overall, excellent stay.

This place was perfect for the group of couples that we stayed with. Lots of stairs, so be ready to climb but the view from the rooftop patio is worth it. We loved the couch and gas fireplace on the patio and were up there every night. The rooms were perfect and beds were comfortable, even the twins in the bunk room. Location was perfect and we walked to restaurants easily but also a cheap Uber ride.

We had a great visit to Nashville! The house was perfect for our group. We were there for our every 5 year big friends’ vacation. We had plenty of room, all the items we needed to cook when we did so in the house. I would definitely recommend staying here. One thing we liked about the location was we had some space between the crazy downtown and us, but it was a just quick uber away. The house was very clean. We unfortunately had some cold wet weather so we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop patio very much, but it was a beautiful space with a great view!

The property was exactly how it was described. The process from booking to checking out was seamless. We also saved money by booking directly from Playlist Properties (Nashville is expensive, so save when you can!)We loved the area and especially the rooftop. We were a bit from Broadway but knew that going in. Some of the group took the 20 minute walk and the rest took an inexpensive Uber/Lyft that was there in minutes. We would definitely stay again and use this company to book our next trip. Thank you playlist properties for your recommendations.

The pictures in the listing don’t do the view justice, as the view in person was even more stunning.Our family enjoyed each night on the rooftop area looking at the beautiful city skyline view. We had 11 people and this property accommodated us perfectly. The drive to downtown was only 2 minutes which made getting to events and restaurants a breeze. Our family will definitely be booking another stay at this property, very impressed!!!!!!!!

Perfect location for our girl's trip / 50th bday celebration. It was cold so we spent more time indoors than we planned, but the place was great. Plenty of linens, kitchen adequately stocked, comfy beds. Lots of stairs, so be mindful if you're bringing large luggage.

We thought the property was very nice we loved all of the decorations the rooms were very nicely done , nice beds and linens ... our only complaint was that rooftop deck was extremely dusty it hadn't been dusted up there for a long time the furniture was dirty the fire pit was dusty and we didn't utilize the table and chairs but if we did we would have had to clean all of that and the stove area.. Also there were rooftop lights around the railings but those we couldn't get to work either I would definitely recommend this place to others..lots within walking distance

We rented this property for a girls trip for 7 of us. The house was just as described and worked out great for our group. The rooftop was our favorite place to hang out in the evenings. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we would definitely stay there again. The location was an easy walk to The Gulch area and we also walked to the Music Row area for dinner, there are also scooters nearby that you could rent.

The townhouse is a relatively new property. Very well kept, and clean. Really nice rooftop deck to relax and enjoy the view. Comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Minutes to downtown and surrounding areas by car. Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance too. Overall a great choice while staying in Nashville.

Location was great - not a far walk from restaurants. Short Uber ride to Broadway or walkable if you're up for it.

The roof deck, complete with amazing city views and a great setup for hanging out, was a hit- we spent lots of time up there. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone and the rooms were spacious. Very clean, and check-in process was easy: property manager was great to work with. Location was great for Ubering downtown and checking out the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again!

We did have an issue when arriving, which was late at night, but Paul was fantastic on communicating with us and making the situation right. He followed up the next day to ensure all was good. Property is in a great location, we had a great time.

Great apartment. Very clean and spacious for 8. Most of the apartments in the area look like they are used for tourists, so unless you are incredibly noisy or rude, you should not get any noise complaints. Management was very friendly, easy to deal with and was negotiable on certain terms of the contract. Only negatives I had:Location - would put this on the edge of walking distance to Gulch, (but a $6.13, 5 minute Uber is pretty cheap and that gets you anywhere in the Gulch basically). For 8 people, they did not provide us with enough (body wash/shampoo)

The only issue we had was with a shower drain no draining properly. We called and emailed management and received no response. Other than that, everything was great. The Gulch is a great neighborhood. Highly recommend Party Fowl for brunch if you want some hot chicken, but get reservations!
