Fabulous location, handy for everywhere we wanted to visit in Taormina, and short walk from public transport to facilitate travel around the area.
Could do with a little facelift in areas but on the whole great and staffed by lovely people

Great location and the rooftop pool is fab to cool off and soak up the sun. Comfy beds, good breakfast and lovely staff. Great value for money

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Our room was comfortable, and we especially loved the NUXE toiletries—they were a really nice touch. The only small suggestion would be to provide an extra bottle of moisturiser, as one small bottle wasn't quite enough for our stay.
The location is excellent, just a short walk down to the main street, making it easy to explore Taormina while still feeling peaceful. We also really enjoyed having breakfast in the beautiful garden each morning.
The pool area was perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing and a lovely place to relax.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast team, in particular, were attentive and made every morning a pleasure.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved.
Our room had quite a lot of unused space near the bed that could have been better utilised, perhaps with an additional wardrobe or storage space. There was also some mould in the shower, which could do with being refreshed, as it slightly detracted from an otherwise lovely room.
The glass panels on our balcony and around the pool area could have been cleaner, as they were quite marked during our stay. We also noticed a number of pigeons drinking from the pool, which wasn't ideal.
Finally, it was a shame that the pool bar wasn't open during our visit. This has the potential to be a fantastic space, particularly in the evenings. Being able to enjoy a cocktail and a few nibbles while watching the sunset would make it an even more memorable experience and really elevate the guest experience.
