The location was absolutely exceptional, right inside the iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, offering immediate access to the very heart of Milan. It was the perfect base for exploring both the city's trendy shopping districts and its historical and cultural attractions, with everything just a short walk away.
The staff were fantastic, welcoming, friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The combination of such a unique location and excellent hospitality made for a memorable experience.
We were offered a 30% discount at the hotel restaurant, which was a nice gesture. However, it was disappointing to discover that the discount could not be applied to breakfast.

I loved the location, the hotel overall is nice, the breakfast was good, but they charge extra, on top of an expensive breakfast rate, for any custom breakfast plate.
It was a real big challenge taking my two daily showers. The cold and hot water don't mix, so I had to mix them manually in a glass in order to bathe myself. I reported this but nothing was done. Seems to be an infrastructure pipe issue. Others in group had same issue. This problem really affected my stay.
There was not flat sheet in the bed but one was provided after I requested it.
