What a mess Been at the aqua venture today with the kids First of all, My 3 years baby girl was stuck in one of the water activity slides, lifeguard was useless he didn’t let me help my kid, while he was doing nothing while my kid was crying and stuck, Second Exiting the water park, one of the staff who was disrespectful to me, i was actually going to the beach, so he was telling me put your t shirt before exiting which i dont have any problem, then i asked him where is the way to go to the beach, he didn’t even look at me or answer me, after i start raising my voice he was answering you have to wait im thinking where is the way to go to the beach, for a guy who spent 10 years in UAE he should know the culture of GCC, second a guy who worked at the hotel for 2.5 years and dont know the beach way!!! Are you serious Anyway asked for the manager which apologies and do nothing except i will talk to him, which didn’t solve the problem.

great experience

we had a very nice stay, I recommend this hotel.

I know this is not something the hotel is responsible for, but on our floor there were a few families which had teenagers that between 12AM-2AM were running and screaming on the hole ways, two nights in a row I had to talk with their parents, this is unacceptable and disrespectful behavior from the guests.

Amazing

Our recent stay at Atlantis Resort and Water Park was a mixed experience, with moments of sheer delight overshadowed by a few disappointments. Starting with the positives, the location of the resort is truly breathtaking. The sea view is mesmerizing, offering a picturesque backdrop for our stay. The hospitality of the staff exceeded our expectations, with every member of the team going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The highlight of our visit was, without a doubt, the water park. It's truly something else—a haven of aquatic fun and excitement. However, this time, our experience was slightly marred by the closure of one of the towers for maintenance. While we understand the necessity of maintenance, it did detract from our overall enjoyment, especially since it was our third visit to the water park. Despite this setback, we would still rate the hotel highly, giving it 9 out of 10. However, we feel compelled to mention that considering the value we paid and comparing it with other hotels, the rooms at Atlantis are in need of an upgrade. They felt outdated and could benefit from modernization to match the luxurious standard of the rest of the resort.

Staycation with a WOW experience - Definitely will visit again.

We liked everything about this property. We had several WOW moments with their service and the facilities. Each and every staff provided us with a personalised service throughout our stay. The hotel had wonderful dining options and our favourite was Saffron restaurant. The stay comes with free access to the Lost Chambers Aquarium and the Aquaventure Water Park. This is perfect for a family with Kids to keep them occupied throughout the day. Overall we are overjoyed with the experience we had with Atlantis, the Palm. Will definitely visit again.

Все в отеле прекрасно! Персонал отличный, всегда готов помочь. Чистота необыкновенная, номера просторные и удобные. Вид шикарен. Набор дополнительных услуг поражает воображение, равно как и мест для отдыха и питания.

Это дорого. Да, это топ и он должен кусаться по ценам. Ну, собственно, он и кусается. В принципе, это касается всего города/страны, либо ты не ориентируешься на курс доллара, либо с запасом жирка и пофигист =) Третьего не дано.

The hotel services in 2024 are much worse than 2023.. very bad..

Room was ok, but near to us was much noise from another room, I told that to the reception, but nothing happended.

- the noise heared from the next room; - the receptionist he has not able to isue an invoice when I asked her; - at the check out moment they let us to wait almost 30 min to bring our luggage down even we was in a hurry to airport and with our 5 years old child.

Amazing Atlantis

Beautiful and so much fun! The pools and aquapark were amazing to use everyday - loved the buggy ride every morning! Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, so many places to eat.

Perhaps the only downside for us was with a 1 year old there wasn’t any play facilities suitable for him (he was just too little for the play areas and soft play). Would love a little soft play/sensory corner for little ones.

Indecent behavior and attitude for an hotel in decline

Nothing. Would never return and I suggest to go to other resorts on the Palm. Much better service and attention, kindness and will to help. Atlantis became a shame for Dubai. Visited many years ago, was much better at that time.

Booked a Club room, very expensive because included two entrances at Aquaventure Park. Due to bad weather we couldn’t go and I asked kindly at the check out to give us two tickets for another day. They refused. Is a shame for such an icon for Dubai. Now I expect they return me back the money of the two tickets. It is clear that I booked the Club room because of tickets included. At check in nobody told me I could check in at the Club and not had to make such a long queue like the others. They lost one of my luggage that arrived the after one hour in the room. Rude personal at Nobu restaurant reception. 24 hours at Atlantis and only disappointment. Wrote me a mail telling me they would give me tickets and then disappeared, what a shame!

1. غادرت الغرفة ونسيت شاحن الجوال جديد وراسلت للفندق بعد المغادرة للبحث عنه لانه كان على طاولة المكتب متصلاً بالكهرباء ولم يكن هناك تجاوب علماً بأنه حتماً سيكون في ايدي عمالة النظافة او خدمة الغرف والى الآن لم اجد ما يفيدني من الفندق وهذا شيء غريب منهم بينما حصل ذلك مع احدى الفنادق الاخرى وكانوا سريعين في الاستجابة وفي ايصال المفقودات.

Excellent Hotel

Our experience at The Atlantis the Palms were out of this world. I have never experienced such incredible hospitality. We arrived and was immediately attended to and the check in process was simple, easy and fast. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were on point, the beds are incredible, the supplier of the beds can be commended on the quality. The facilities at the resort is well maintained and everything is super clean. We had the most memorable experience and will for sure be back soon.

Exceptional service, warmth, and attention to detail at the hotel.

From the moment we arrived until we departed, the service was exceptional. The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, were incredibly helpful and kind, paying meticulous attention to every detail. Weltklasse bis auf die Vollpension

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal da und es war super und im Prinzip gefällt mir alles. Es ist ein bisschen laut, weil sehr viele Kinder da sind aber das weiß man vorher

Leider haben wir uns überreden lassen und ein Lunch und Dinner Paket vor Ort abgeschlossen was ein Riesenfehler war, um Gottes willen auf keinen Fall machen. Es kostet weniger als die Hälfte, wenn man in die Restaurants geht und vor Ort bezahlt. Außerdem ist es viel unkomplizierter, denn mit den Paketen denkt man, dass man alles inklusive hat stimmt aber auch nicht. Jedes dritte Gericht ist wieder extra zu bezahlen. Super kommuniziert und macht für mich überhaupt keinen Sinn.

Everything! Spotless. Excellent facilities. All the staff were super helpful, polite and couldn’t do more for you. Food was wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Dopo la terza vacanza passato in questo albergo ho visto un peggioriamento. Triplo della gente, costi altissimi e acquap

Tanta scelta di attivita', c'è di tutto da fare per qualsiasi età.

Costo troppo alto nei risoranti, non potevami nemmeno usare la Spa. Acquapark per ogni scivolo c'era da aspettare minimo un'ora!! Dovrebbero dare priorità di accesso agli ospiti dell'albergo e dopo agli esterni.

Mind blowing! A destination in itself

Wow! This is an exceptional property with exceptional staff. I didn’t want to leave to even bother exploring Dubai. The staff are the most attentive and friendly you’ll find world wide. Fabulous with families.

Nice hotel but I had the worst food posion after dininng at their buffet

Location is good, service is excellent and facilities are good especially the water park

We had the dinner at the Altantis Royal on the MARCH 19 and i had the food posion on the early morning of 20th. There is an infection ( I had the blood test on Atlantis clinic) and I am pretty sure it caused by the food (I am the only person in my family ate RAW FISH, OYSTER and SCALLOPS. So i have to reschedule lots of events since i have lying on the bed for a day, such a pain for the trip). Good thing is hotel has Doctor and clinic but it's funny that they dont consider the infection was casued by the food. I wait almost 10 days for the INVESTIGATION and the director name, Andrew, said that's not their fault. Well, we didnt eat much since landed (18th, we had KFC and 19th morning, we had buffet in another high end hotel, which is the only food i eat on that day and after that me and my family played at the waterpark until 8 pm for the dinner) And i started vomitting after few hours. I will recommended the hotel but definiantly not their buffet especially the Sea Food !

5 star in every way, we’ve been coming to Dubai for 15+ years and this was our first time stay ng at the Atlantis and it

The rooms were amazing, the team were amazing, the food was five star it was everything you would expect for a 5 star hotel and more

That certain restaurants would only let you in with children no later than 6.30pm this felt too early we could have done with a map when we checked in as no one explained what was where at checkin.

Mnóstwo udogodnień, rewelacyjne pokoje, w trakcie śniadań ogromny wybór. Polecam wszystkim chcącym odwiedzić The Lost Chambers (darmowe wejście dla gości) i Aquaventure - po wymeldowaniu można zostawić bagaż w przechowalni i dostać jednodniową przepustkę do parku.

We had a blast!!!!

The facilities, breakfast buffet were all amazing

Would be great to have a family room facing the palm instead , we also ate at Nobu in the new hotel. But we first went to the one in Atlantis , there was a bit of confusion there. But overall we are excited to go back!!!!

Nice and Comfortable stay

Breakfast - Excellent with varieties of choices. Also the Customer Desk and Check-in Desk was very hospitable and friendly. The Room has very practical requirements which are taken care of,

Very crowded Check=in and Check=out due to which huge waiting time. No place to rest during check-in / check-out for other members.
