We only had one night and it was raining so we did not use any of the facilities unfortunately.

Sadly disappointed

That the property was on the beach

Accomdation was 1km from reception Not a 3 bed villa, 2 bed and separate ensuite room. Food at restaurant was cheap ingredients and high prices Whole property needs maintenance Very expensive for no amenities

We loved our stay here at BreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort and we looking forward coming back soon :)

Everything is cleaned and well maintained. There’s lot of activities to do and it’s close to the shops. It’s quiet and relaxing. Lots of wildlife.

I don’t think there was nothing that we didn’t liked about the property.

Very nice accomodation well worth visiting for a few days.

Great accomodation, large rooms, beautiful gardens,helpful staff.

We stayed in a room with your glass ceilings above the spa bath. Nice idea but let's a lot of light in when you are trying to sleep. If you like your room dark when sleeping try a different type of room.

Not happy with the resort at all.

The location.

Room had bad mould smell, fridge not working well as freezer full of Ice & not defrosted. Bed absolutely lumpy & uncomfortable. Lounge really low & uncomfortable. No assistance once we check in as elderly we had to carry our bags etc up from car park as no trolleys available. Also the pool & surrounds are a disgrace the whole resort needs some Tender Loving care. Timber deck on poolside was in need of replacement as some were broken & all area needs a fresh coat of paint. It use to be an amazing place to holiday & Coffs is a beautiful destination.

When was the last time they updated the rooms? This was our 4th stay at the resort and the rooms still are the same 10yrs later. very tired looking.

I hadn’t been back for 8 years I’ll definitely be back but I do wish the place would get a good renovation

Love the rainforest feel Love the different pools And the tennis courts and putt putt.

Putt putt area needs to be cleaned up. Rooms need to be renovated. Spa near reception needs to be cleaned moss growing on roof and sides of spa. Buffet breakfast options weren’t huge and food wasn’t the best unfortunately most things weren’t hot. Indoor pool wasn’t working.

The surroundings were great

The hotel room was very ordinary. We had to ask for a maintenance man to fix a power point falling off the wall, the shower over the bath put more water on the floor than down the plug hole, there were no laundry facilities for hotel guests, the room was in need of an upgrade, quite old.

Roomy Villa for big family

Surprisingly large villa, we are a family of 2 adults and 5 kids, and plenty of room for all of us. Beds very comfortable and heating worked very well

TV channel choices arent that great, would like the option to be able to stream our netflix account etc to the tv.

Great facilities, beautiful location only a stones throw from the beach, and plenty of parking. Thanks for the complimentary tea and coffee - hugely appreciated after a 700km drive.

The breakfast at your restaurant was a bit pricey at $25 a head

Close to the beach.

When I went to check in, the receptionist said I had to wait because she was busy allocating rooms 😳. Then another woman who wasn't that friendly checked me in.

not very mobility friendly at all, do not go if you have any walking or mobility problems whatsoever

nothing about the property gave us any enjoyment at all

Very good, but the restaurant being closed on a Sunday evening was a very poor management decision.

No food available on Sunday evening. No service around the pool area. Steff seemed to be overworked and not enough people.

A nice stay except for the horrible mold smell in our bedroom.

The pools, the beach, clean gardens and wildlife.

The bottom room my husband and I stayed in smelled like mold and mildew and was really overpowering to the point that my husband had to sleep on the lounge.

Refreshing, super pleasant and unbelievable location!

Overall we had a good getaway and loved the bath in the room. Beautiful! We didn't bring out son but would like to again. Although one of our massages was cancelled, my husband received a phenomenal massage!

Upon our arrival the lady that checked us in was quite cold and unwelcoming. She hadn't myself the map with no proper direction or help. It was hot, I had bags and wondered lost for a while. We were pretty disappointed with the indoor pool not working- we had no notice of this until arrival.
