Amazing views, the bonus is that there are a few neighbourhood cats that would come around - extremely friendly and adorable. The staff was amazing, explained everything at check-in, and you get a discount card plus all the amenities (sauna, rental BBQ, laundry, etc).
It wasn't specified at breakfast that you can't bring your tray back to your room to finish eating, and there's a hard cutoff at 10:00 am (ish) for your to finish your meal and bring it back to the kitchen, which seems kind of early, and at this price I would assume the cleaning service that comes by daily will pick it up from your room. Otherwise, everything's good.
