Excellent location. Just across the street from Chateau Vincennes and the woods. Many restos and bars around. Very short walking distance from the metro stop number 1. Clean. Nice room. Very welcoming staff. Parking is perfect and cheap for Paris. Secure.
Not a real breaker, but the the mattress is a bit stiff and pillows not too comfy.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is a simple self-service buffet but with plenty of choices
Location is excellent for the centre of Paris, and also for exiting Paris by car
There is only 1 lift, and it is used by staff and guests, which can lead to long waits (or a long walk to/from the 5th floor) !

Very convenient location, next to Parc de Vincennes: close to Paris yet next to a large park
Rooms are tiny, hotel is not flexible when asking for a late checkout (and 11h checkout is early)
