We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very central, with easy access to many places on foot and excellent public transportation nearby.
The breakfast was very good, and the hotel overall provided a very pleasant experience.
Very professional and attentive staff, always responsive and helpful.
We would happily recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Great location and there is a food court in the lower floors. Additionally, the Michelin starred restaurant Yat Tung Hee is in the same building. The bar with nice outside view on the 4th (or 5th?) floor was very nice. Check-in and out was easy. A 7/11 is just outside of the hotel and the temple night market is just around the corner.
I got a room with window down to the outside bar - you could hear the noises very well into my room. In addition, the personnel was a bit odd: I was staying in the lounge in front of the reception and took off one of my shoes because my foot was hurting (I had socks on) - one of the guys came over and requested me to put on my shoe. Other people with flipflops and barefoot had no issues to remain at the lounge. No clear standards were applied here.

We had a wonderful stay! The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late, which made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with amazing facilities and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐️✨
There wasn’t really anything we disliked about our stay! A massage and spa facility within the hotel would be a wonderful addition, making the overall experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The food court was extremely useful. Very central.
Cold and unwelcoming. The staff was indifferent. The breakfast was good, but not up to the standards they advertise. There are only four elevators for a huge building, and at times I had to wait up to ten minutes for one to arrive. I would not stay here again.
