Quieter area, great breakfast, friendly staff, room was comfortable and enough space. Loved the free hot water in the urn. Could open windows for fresh air. Great offer to have a free drink instead of having room service.
Zermatt is undergoing a lot of building works which might get a little noisy during weekdays. Wasn’t a bother for us.

Loved the hospitality of the gentleman of the afternoon staff.
It's about 15 mins walk from Zermatt main station, it's quite close to town center. A bit of uphill incline before you reach the hotel, so if you have heavy/big luggage, be prepared for the incline.
They have a rooftop for you to chill.
the room is a bit small, if you're expecting bigger room, this wouldn't be for you.

Liked the location in Zermatt. Breakfast was okey. Staff welcoming. Clean.
