Had a balcony/terrace, there was a lot of room, bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfy, had AC
The towels weren’t fully clean, some staff were not as helpful as others

It is a very good value for money. The staff was really kind and helpful and the roon is confortable and clean. A good breakfast is also served in the morning.
In this hotel there is no lift and it is far from the center but can still be reached by bus 11.

Nothing
It's so old and musty. And breakfast starts at 8 am. That's too late.
