Everything was super clean, the room, bedsheet, furniture, and bathroom. At the beggining we were afraid the location of the hotel was too far away from the center, and we are glad it was, the area was calm and safe that when we arrived back at night, we slept like babies. Bus and tram stops are extremely close to hotel. I am pleased with the service, the staff was quite friendly when we arrived, and the receptionist who cover the night shift (named Janeth) was the sweetest and kind person I have ever met!
I would had liked some welcoming coffe/water and cookies, like other places do. But this is a wish rather than a requirement.

La mia camera era molto pulita e lo staff super gentile. La posizione è ottima, davvero vicino al centro. Nota positiva anche per i servizi: condizionatore, TV e phon funzionavano perfettamente. Consigliato!

near several buses and too far for bakery or small supermarket
the room was too expensive for the quality of the service
the bed wasn't really confortable that's subjective of course.
The staff was not welcoming or helpful. It's possible at night to hear people talking from the reception.
